Crime rates have been rising significantly these days, and there are many reasons for this however I believe a major factor is people's mindset and the type of content they consume. In the past before social media and the widespread use of the internet it took a long time for information to spread and people relied primarily on newspapers and books to gain knowledge and learn new things. Today however a vast amount of content is available everywhere people learn various things including bizarre activities through numerous online platforms where all sorts of strange discussions take place and all kinds of things are happening globally. Ultimately, no child is born a criminal a great deal depends on their environment and the company they keep.
You see, children are very innocent in their childhood and they do not have that much knowledge for all the things. Sometimes people mislead them and even force them to do some things. Sometimes under compulsion, they commit crimes. Sometimes the crimes can be small, sometimes the crimes can be very big. Like stealing from somewhere, mostly from a shopping mall or some shop. How many times can they be asked to steal clothes from someone's car? How many times have they done this to complete a task. How many times have they been forced to do so. In a way you can tell them how many times they have been blackmailed. How many such cases can you find on the internet where children are forced to commit crimes which should not happen. So, you can keep an eye on your child all the time, so be a little friendly to him since childhood and ask him about his thoughts and keep sharing about your thoughts too.
Children are given different types of punishment and adults are given different types of punishment. Children are kept in judicial custody, they are made to do many different types of things and their mental health and psychological tests are also done. A lot is done to them. You see, there are some people who do not share any kind of opinion, it seems to be much more difficult to talk to them because there is no one person, some people spit out everything easily, some people do not share things easily, and they share things only when they feel comfortable. And you will find many such crime stories where small children are found to be quite criminal mind set.
Well, I like watching crime documentaries a lot and I watch them often and mainly because I listen/watch to them so that we can know what is going on in the society and what kind of activities people are involved in and watching all this makes me feel very sad. Now let's look in India, how often does it happen that a road accident happens, in which case the one who drives is a rich kid and the one who has an accident is the common people (who are not that rich). And think about what will happen after that, mostly in such cases, the driver is the one who takes the responsibility and is punished in some way. If in any way the accused is a child, he is punished in some way, no punishment is given to him because perhaps the law of this place is not like this, it is not known how it is in any other country, but here it is like this. Last year, rich people children had done a lot of road accidents which took away the lives of many people and there is a lot of trouble for such victims because their entire family gets ruined which is very sad.
See, sometimes I feel that some people tease a child and if they do so then they should be punished in the same way and it does not depend on whether the child is a child or an adult. Sometimes our judicial system is so bad that it seems that we cannot do anything without evidence. This is also a very sad matter because nowadays if you have money then you can achieve anything and you can do anything.

Children are vulnerable and can be easily mislead. It breaks my heart to hear or even see innocent children being manipulated, pressured, or forced to do things they themselves do not even understand.
