These days crimes are increasing very fast around us, it is not that there were no crimes at all earlier, crimes used to happen earlier also but now their number has increased a lot and nowadays in the age of social media you get news of everything instantly. See, many people like to watch crime stories, I also like to watch many friend stories and I do not like to know how and in what manner people die but I like to know how he was caught and what punishment he got, this is very important. You must have seen many crime movies, crime series but many times such crimes happen where the criminals do not get punishment and they roam around freely because nobody comes to know about them. There are still so many such cases all over the world where the criminal is roaming freely because the investigators were never able to catch them.

And this is not just happening in one country, but in all countries. You can search on the internet and you will find many cases where the criminals have not been caught yet and punishment is a far cry.

Punishment is not enough -:

Different penalties have been created for all types of crimes and accordingly they are punished but if you are rich then it is often seen that the rules and laws are changed for you. There are many people who do get punishment but it does not make much difference to them, they just remain in judicial custody for some time but after that everything becomes normal for them and their life of luxury starts again because people forget the bad things after some time and these people take advantage of such things. If someone is powerful and wealthy, they don't fear these things because they know who will somehow get away with it, and even after filing an FIR, they walk around with impunity. And this saddens me greatly.

Corruption -:

Many rules and laws have been made but due to corruption everything remains in abeyance. If you have power and you are rich then the rules are changed for you and you can do whatever you want. Such an officer gets to see that if you have money then you can hire the best lawyer and then you can even win your case. You must have often seen in many movies that how people get saved despite being dishonest and the same thing happens in real life too, if you have money then nowadays everything is possible, it is very sad to see this because while rules and laws are only for poor people, there are no rules and laws of any kind for rich people.

New punishments / instant justice -:

See, nowadays the trials have increased a lot and it is sad when the criminals are not punished and a lot of time is taken in sentencing them and many times it happens that some honest people are punished due to which they do not know how many years of their life are wasted. Many times it has been seen that when a person is punished and after many years it is found out that that person was a sinner. See, flaws are there in every system but we should try to improve it and not encourage it. I feel that new methods of punishment should be implemented and things like instant justice should also be done. I will not say that decisions should be taken in haste. Someone should be punished only after considering all the things. If the evidence is completely against them then they should not be given any kind of chance.

These days, crime rates are rising so rapidly that it's becoming increasingly difficult to trust anyone. What's needed is to reform your existing punishments and make them more dangerous so that people are deterred from committing such crimes. If you continue to manipulate the system, then perhaps criminals won't even dare to do these things, and their fear will disappear because they know how things work and they play things out in their own way.

So, in conclusion, I would just like to say that the current system in many countries is not that beneficial, which is why crime rates are increasing even more. People need to do something new so that we can stop all this.
