He has become a slave to a great extent because he cannot leave it. I have seen many people like this, they keep on using their phone all day long, if their charge gets exhausted then they turn to face the charging port and start using their phone. Or if they have any other digital device nearby, they stay with them, yet they do not want to stay away from all these things. This is just a simple example of how there are some creatures which are harmful for us all but still we throw them away because we are not able to use them in any way.

See, many a times it happens that we are aware of even the smell of chicken but still we are not able to eat it. If I talk about myself then Karun has told me that fast food is not that good but still I consume it and sometimes I consume too much. See, this is just an example of how many things happen whose effects we know but still we cannot understand them. For me, there are many things like eating fast food and such things like eating early at night, I have learned that I can't do all these things because since I was able to do this, I would definitely get the benefits of it, but still I am not able to do this, I don't know why. The reason why I don't sleep like this is that my night schedule is a bit annoying and I get busy in things here and there due to which I am not able to concentrate on the important things for myself.

See if you want to break any bad habit, then you can do some work on it and make some changes in your routine. See, like I like to eat fast food, but when I cook food from home, then I don't pay much attention to these things or when my stomach is full, then I eat everything. I don't even pay attention to the food that comes to me, but whenever I feel hungry, then I feel hungry all at once. I have to calm down because of that I eat fast food or else I get hungry. If you want to avoid all these things then you can do something like this so that you can get rid of all these things and have a healthy diet. And if you want to sleep early at night, then for that also you can do a few things which can make a lot of changes in your routine.

If you have to sleep early at night, then whatever else you do, you should immediately reduce your important tasks. If you do not work on your mobile phone or any other electronic gadgets, then you should start reading books at night so that you do not sleep because of the blue screen, but if you stay away from electronic gadgets. If you go early in the morning and then you adopt some new habit, which makes you feel sleepy and then you pass a lot, if you go early in the morning, then you get a lot of benefits from it, you can exercise, you can go for a walk, you can do some things, you can do some things, like any memory, if you want to learn something, then you can use your morning learning. The capacity gets much better and as it is, very little will change for you and gradually you will get used to this routine and at first you will not need to worry so much about all these things.

How easy it seems to say is not the same, you have to struggle a little, you will learn self control and you can do everything based on your will power.
