My Retirement - Moment of Relaxation

May our lives not be placed on a difficult means of survival and I wish everyone coming across this article would say a meaningful amen either silently or loudly.

There are stages when we decide in our lives to rest from all hustling and struggling to enjoy all we've worked for and have meaningful moments with our families. Either as civil servants or business owners.
Probably I might have had a different approach to this prompt if pensioners are been treated well in my dear country and not just suffering for their gratitudes.

I was in a ride with my friend and her husband in their car last week and we got to a point of talking about bosses and he mentioned how a family friend was lamenting at how his boss went to deposit money that was originally meant to pay pensioners into fix account for 6months to get interest. How do these people survive when you hold in their entitlement and all you keep telling them is the money is not yet out. That is the kind of wickedness that lives in the heart of those in power when it comes to money.

But let's say hopefully, I am in a country where the system works and not a hundred percent corruptible system and I am to retire to be placed on pension as long as I live then I will live a very cool and meaningful life with better plans.

When there is money involved, then retirement seems nice as you get to relax your nerves while your money with little supervision brings in returns for you.

By this time, I believe I should have my grown-up children and their little kids running around me, shouting "grandma grandma" and you know this is the joy of an aged person that they get to see their offspring.
With this, I have period I set aside to visit my children or planned visit from them to my side, creating awesome and unforgettable memories with them.

Like I mentioned earlier, I should have a business or businesses running before retirement, of which these will be my fall-back options when I'm not longer working. This will be my main point of full investment where I would invest part of this money in to boost productivity and it surely must be a business with or almost daily income for sustainability and to provide joy financially. You know?

I'm not someone who really depend on people to survive so I know my old age too won't change as I would wanna provide for myself even before any external gift comes in through my children and hopefully my adventurous spirit still gets to live with me till then, then I can tour the places I've mapped out.

Just like the hangout session anchored by the guest host @nwothini335 for today's Monday hangout which was based on love and money, we had the interactive session and all still ends up on the fact that "money is cool and can spice things up" so retirement with money on ground will produce a long lasting happy time without being bored rather than a retirement with going to government's office to queue under the sun everyday, asking for your entitlement.
That will be the worst boredom someone would ever feel or face
