Life Of A Whistle Blower In The Pit of Failed System

At some point should I say years ago, in my country, when crimes seems to be much and I guess with no clues as to how to apprehend it on time or when police forces would take time to arrive the crime scenes and won't get hold of the criminals but there is someone somewhere somehow who got to know about the whole scenario or who and who is involved, a strategy was brought up naming such an individual as a WHISTLE BLOWER.

This whistle blowers get to be compensated at the end of every genuine given information which leads to a concrete evidence or a lead to getting the culprits and I guess with this compensation part involved, many more people decided to take the role of been a whistle blower without considering the risk part of it.

In my case, do I also want to be a whistle blower considering the huge money they receives? Maybe in my next life lol.
In a country where there is no adequate measure put in place to safeguard you as a whistle blower, where the security given to you to guard you might even be a whistle blower to those whom you yourself turned to be a whistle blower, informs them about where you are or your whereabouts, where there won't even be a single footage to show how you eventually kpaiii (die) to be able to seek justice for one's death, I don't think it is worth it.

Like I would always say, the system in my country is a failed system and this isn't about demoralizing or damaging her image but it's just better to stay off handmade problems most times than plucking trouble from the tree with one's hands in the name of saving a country that won't save you when the trouble sets in.

It's even hard to trust those who seeks for whistle blowers cos among them are the corrupted officers who works hand in hand with these criminals and even supply them ammunitions.

However, we cant dispute the fact that there are some people who are like patriots, who would in any way want to die for their fatherland if need be. They are ready to sacrifice whatever it may be, either being compensated or not, to ensure that the society becomes a criminal-free society for everyone to live in. There are also some people who would wish to be a whistle blower because of the monetary compensation involved.

So in the case of these individuals, the government can ensure that there is adequate security by ensuring that tested and trusted officers are the ones in charge of the information from these whistle blowers no matter their rank or level at work cos over the time, higher rank and bosses in forces have been seen to be the most evil and criminals in officers dresscode. They should also ensure that the identity and whereabouts of theses whistle blowers should also remain private and undisclosed.

These appointed officers as well must be equipped and given adequate monitoring so that they don't get wiped off in the process of serving with honesty. You never can trust what these criminals would do.
And right before any information is leaked out to indicate that it was been brought by a whistle blower, I feel like the criminals should have been apprehended first because information travels faster especially when it falls into the wrong hands.

Finally, I don't think there's another way to ensure that the information brought by a whistle blower is genuine aside that they work on it, screen it out and take step to apprehend such criminals. Another thing that I feel like they can put in place is making such whistle blower know that any false information attracts punishment with no compensation. So I guess with that, every WB gets to screen and make proper findings before making a call to the armed forces.
