What are the intentions? I believe that this is what we should be considering right now. Did the white lie came from the wrong place or for the wrong reasons, or also from the place of hurts? All these and more are what we will be looking at as we take a look at the topic for week 219 episode 3.

Looking straight into the topic and also considering the meaning of a white lie, we will discover that if actually is called a white lie, then it came out of the right place and it is told for a reason.
I know that some people might say that lie is lie despite how it was told or who told it. I use to be like that until I begin to see what life is all about. A child can just go on and pass judgement without asking deep questions to know the truth. Even when the child was told a story by one party, a judgement will be passed without given the second person the chance to talk or even to defend himself. But we need to act more like adults who take into consideration a lot of things before drawing a conclusion. So first we need to know what a white lie is.
A white lie is that small untold truth or a harmless lie we tell to someone to avoid hurting that person's feelings and also to make sure everything is okay before telling the truth.
Someone said that we need to tell the truth at all times. What if telling the truth at that time means hurting the other person? I have seen some people who died because the truth came to them at the wrong time. Let's say telling someone about the death of a family member or a Loved one. We can decide to keep it away from that person to make sure he or she is in a good mood before telling the truth. That means that for the time being we need to tell someone else that is not the truth until when we can tell the truth. You see that we all tell white lie at one time or the other. What if a woman is very sick and she is just struggling to survive and then someone just walked in to the hospital to announce the death of her only child. Do you know what that news will do to her? Exactly. It is for this reasons some people tell a white lie and I believe that it is told to avoid hurting people.
SHOULD IT BE AVOIDED?
If we can't avoid it, then there is no need. I don't believe that we should avoid it, unless the situation warrants it. If it is something that will hurt others when avoided, then why avoid it? Just go on with it as long as it is done with a pure heart.
In conclusion, i believe in what will helthe society become a better place. If I need to tell a white lie to save a situation, trust me I wdo it without looking back.
That's the right questions to consider when telling a lie, it does make a whole difference where the lie is coming from and for what reasons.
