RELAXING IN A QUIET PLACE

Welcome back to my blog. This is the last edition for this week and I am happy that I ma participating today.

Holiday is a period of rest for people who are working. It is also a time of rest for everyone whether they are working or not. Sometimes we all need it because of alot of work that we do from Monday to Sunday. I have seen people who work day and night including Sunday's. No rest at all and that is not good for us. We need a little rest. No matter how busy we are, we need to get a time and rest.a

WHAT IS THE NEXT HOLIDAY YOU HAVE PLANNED?
This particular edition of week 162 came just in time. After Sunday which happened to be Easter I told myself that I need some rest. It wasn't something that I planned. I know that we need to take time to plan for holidays because money is also involved and if there is no planning it won't go as expected. Especially when it has to do with travelling out of your town.

Thinking of what I have been through I decided to take a break. First I left the house to go to a lonely place and stayed for a whole day and I also switched off my phone to avoid distraction. I came back in the evening, but still it was not okay for me. The following day travelled to Makurdi so that I can have the real rest that I need. It was fun because I never had to do anything from morning till night. I just ate and watched movies. The only work I remembered that I did is to make my post in the hive Blockchain and after that I rested. This has given me a very big relief and I am refreshed.

Next was the problem that was scheduled for Thursday to Saturday which is 24th 26th April. I told my husband that this is another holiday for me though I know that I just came back from Makurdi that same day. He agreed and we all went to the problem. We are still there and I also see it as a way or relaxing. I have never had any week like this week before. I know sometimes I do go out of the house for a day or two, but for now I decided to take five whole days. I will be traveling back tomorrow and resume work as usual at home, but at least I have rested enough and my mind have been cleansed. I now know why some people don't joke with holidays. They try by all means to go away from their environment and forgot about all the troubles at home and rest. Some stay for a whole month and some stay lees. But at the end they would have rested from all their labor.

All work and no play makes you a dull person. We all need rest at one time or the other in our lives. The reason why we need it is because we will come back stronger and better.
