I totally understood your point. I also believe that most of us did one thing or the other that was bad back then and today we are adults and can tell our left from right. There is that place of spanking a child so that he won't ho back there again. But no matter how we do it children are still children. They will still go out a d be influenced by bad friends.

Spanking a child was even encouraged in the Bible, it doesn't mean to always hit the child because sometimes, a good talk is the warning they need.
