El señor merece un reconocimiento, y pocos ciudadanos del país se comportan con esa actitud de recoger los excrementos de su mascota. Me acordé de un letrero que leí cuando vivía en Medellín: "Si su perro lo hace por necesidad, usted lo recoge por obligación". Educación simple.
