Believe me my friend, it is the same everywhere - it is taken from the poorest and given to the rich (numerous taxes and fees just to fill the pockets of those who are considered to be richer). It was a psychological war, it was and still continues to be an economic war - the real problem is ... until when? That would be the single main reason why the most brutal wars start.
