lol, okay, let me explain better.
So, my project was working on the dual acetylation and oxidation of pearl millet starch. Before any chemicals get into the process at all, I needed to process the pearl millets to get starch.
The process is called wet milling.
After this, I then dry. Before starting the whole chemical process. That's why it was totally safe to use my microwave at home.
