Fungi Friday : Beautiful Chocolate Mushroom

Hallo..good afternoon friends of the #FungiFriday community, I can't believe that today we are here again on Friday. I hope all of my friends are in good health always.

If we want to write something on the theme of mushrooms, I really believe it is something that is very easy for any writer. Not without reason, because this one plant is very many kinds in this world.

From one of the sites National Parks that I read on the internet, it is stated there that in total there are 1.5 million species of mushrooms scattered throughout the world. and some 200,000 species out of a total of 1.5 million species are estimated to be found in Indonesia. However, until now there is no definite data regarding the number of these fungal species that have been identified, utilized, or that have become extinct due to human activities.

Here I share with all my friends one example of a mushroom species that I found last week at my sister-in-law's house when I visited her house:

Candolleomyces candolleana (formerly known as Psathyrella candolleana) is a fungus in the family Psathyrellaceae. Usually found growing in small groups around tree stumps and roots in lawns and meadows in Europe and North America. In 2014, reported from Iraq. The color varies between white and golden brown. The cap is brown when young, grows to a diameter of 2–8 cm (1–3 in), initially conical, then rounded and finally with an inverted margin at maturity.
