Are You Scared? .:. WorkerBee PH-Pool Week 213
Only a month ago, I wrote a similar post to this one... The title was "Is It A Bull, Or A Bear?", and I suppose that question is still relevant as it looks like the market didn't decide how to call it... Or, maybe we aren't ready to call it a BEAR yet? I wrote that when we had a huge candle on the chart where the HIVE price went from 37 cents to 25 cents!!! At these moments, we are around 22 cents... So, if we zoom out, it wasn't that bad in the last month as we "lost" only 3 cents?

I suppose it's not the price that hurts the most in the last 4-5 weeks... It's more the TIME and how all markets (not just crypto) are struggling with all this crazy news... and Trump going wild... 😃 Everything is connected and nobody is spared... In that sense, crypto, HIVE, and even our WORKERBEE pool aren't spared the negative effects out there...
People are scared...

You probably know the "old mantra" that says: "The money is built in the bear markets", and me saying "Build when nobody pays attention when everything is down"... You know why less than 5% of people are successful in investing and trading? Because it is freakin' hard to push that BUY button when everyone is scared and fearful!

Some people whine and cry when the markets are down when it looks like there is no tomorrow, while those who were preparing themselves for these moments, looking at the assets and picking which one to buy... Filling up those asset baskets with stuff on sale!
I don't know about you, but I have to admit that I also have a hard time opening that LONG trade or buying that token at this moment... Why? The doubt is still out there... Is it a bull? Is it a bear?
If it is a bull, this is a great buying opportunity... If it is a bear, the bottom can be far away... If you ask me what will I do regarding my HIVE, the answer is simple... Nothing... I didn't change my accumulation plan at all... We were at this point in the past, and we will have this in the future... Keep building!
Let's see the WorkerBee Pool numbers for this week...
This week, we have mined 112 BEE tokens in total!!! Back to the (over) average numbers...
This week we didn't have new delegators and 2 delegators left us (the fear is real!)... As usual, we got some new delegations from old members, too! Thanks guys! Appreciate your support!
This POOL doesn't have fees and you get up to 20% MORE by delegating to it!
What about the bonus tokens?
Only a very small number of tokens "survived" this latest crash and indexed in HIVE, LEO tokens haven't done badly lately... I mean, it dropped in value a lot at the end of last year and in January this year, but recently, it does hold nicely... Maybe it hit the bottom (indexed in HIVE)? We will see what happens...
There will be distributed 130 LEO tokens to the delegators of the pool as a bonus reward today!
As always, in the end, let's give the exact numbers for this week... 112 BEE tokens and 130 LEO tokens will be distributed as a bonus... The APR (without the bonus) was 6.035%, and when we added the bonus it went up to 7.221%!
I have calculated the ROI approximately with medium prices for all tokens at the moment of creating this post... So, those numbers are valid if you bought WB and sold BEE tokens at the middle HiveEngine price...

WORKERBEE works like any other Hive-Engine miner out there... LEOM, CTPM, BBHM... when they are staked, if you are lucky, you mine tokens depending on the amount of staked tokens...

!DIYSTATSI looked at the SP500 chart today and saw that in the last 2 bear markets, the correction was more than 1000 points. If this is a real bear market, then the BTC minimum will be even lower.
Compared to stock markets, BTC is holding pretty good! But, I suppose that in the next weeks, the whole crypto will follow the Wall Street guys and we can't do too much about it... Let's see what happens...
Doing nothing is probably a wise choice because there's still a fair amount of uncertainty on how everything will turn out in the near future. On the long term, the future still looks bright, in my view, just another bump on the road :)
Oh, I'm not worried about the long-term either... IMO, there is no better thing than crypto, that's for sure... We just have to survive this bump on the road, and we will be fine... 😉
The FUD is out there, and I honestly think people need a plan going into things. I don't think anything has changed between a few months and ago now. So it's a good time to buy or hold on to what you have.

You are 100% right about that... The only change is that the orange man came, nothing else... And he isn't that stupid to kill completely stocks and crypto... As a matter of fact, we are in a much better position than we were before, as crypto is getting much more adopted by pro-crypto governments around the world...
That's actually the best thing about hive. We don't need to do anything at all. In all other places you are almost forced to make a move to avoid losses but on hive, we can simply go on and do the things we were doing before without caring too much about the market. In the end that's what makes hive different from most of the projects out there...
Agree... Despite HIVE being a "low cap" token, I have no doubts that it will survive (like it did before)... Having that in mind, it gives a huge advantage compared to other tokens out there that you never know if they will collapse tomorrow, or not!
The best is to just stay and do nothing. The answer is to hold and not to do anything. I remember telling someone that it's too early for them to PD, that the best is to just shut eyes and ears to the market and just accumulate whatever and however.
I'm glad that I didn't PD any HIVE as it would have been just a waste of time and a waste of HivePower income from staking and curating...
But, tbh, that wasn't a decision of taking profits or catching the top, but rather a long-term decision of accumulating for at least a few years more...
That's true. However I felt the market was rather to chaotic and I didn't want to risk losing powered down Hive in the process of wanting to earn more cheaper Hive. It could have been a great idea, but I think I'm terrible at predicting
I haven't changed anything about Hive either. Well, except catching some falling knives in a DCA style with my HBD from author rewards... 🤣 But hey, if we are still in a bull market, they were some pretty great buy prices.

I had to re-check the date when you joined Hive after your comment... 😃 We were at 10 cents in the past, and we could get there again... But, that doesn't mean that the chain "will die"... 😃
I joined due to splinterlands, crazy times, possibly the worst time to join, sps reached 1$, Dec was high too, earns were so big and cards expensive, fomo everywhere... I don't know how it was before 🤣
It is time to convert some HBD to HIVE, I have been waiting for this 😉

It's crazy to see that Bitcoin had a smaller pull back than most tech stocks! Usually, it was the other way around... I would say that the future looks very bright when the charts turn up!
