OurPick encouragement program is part of the @Liotes ecosystem, where quality posts are curated. Authors are encouraged to continue creating content, adding value to various communities, and contributing to Hive in general.

Occasionally, we will select a couple of outstanding posts that we find particularly interesting and suggest them for your further reading... We hope it will help authors as an additional promotional tool... We support creators with our upvotes in Hive, but also in other tribe tokens! These Hive-Engine tribes add extra value to the entire ecosystem, helping authors and curators follow their niches and dreams...

What beautiful photos and a great reflection on emptiness... Just looking at your photos, it brought me some childhood memories and some forgotten emotions... My father had 2 boats, one on the river Danube, and the other one on the local lake near the town where we lived... Whether we would go to the Danube and anchor in the middle of the river, or go to the lake and do it early in the morning, we would usually be the ONLY ones on the water...
But, when we left home, boats would stay empty, just like in your photos... Waiting for their owners to come back the next day, and to start another adventure... Especially on the lakes, you could find boats spread all around the shore, without any order, no docks, just sunken boats almost in the middle of a forest...

You’ve spent a large part of your life doing the same thing, the same activity, and you thought that was your personality, but I believe you’d never actually sought it out; personality, or one’s true self, isn’t the activity one engages in, but rather the inner self, and nothing else. It doesn’t matter at what age one begins to search for oneself; what matters is that one does so.
I think we all go through those identity crises, or feel lost; I’ve felt lost many times myself. But your inner self has always been, and always will be, in your heart. Listen to your heart, it is wise and always will be; there you’ll find what you’re looking for.

Thanks for the heads-up and tips, and good to see you got your account under control! The worst thing is when it happens to a person who "knows these things", it hurts even more... I remember when the AI thing got into the 6th gear, my hosting server was hacked multiple times in a few weeks...
As you said, it happens, and it will happen to everyone, sooner or later... Hopefully, just a silly, ridiculous thing like this one, and not something much more serious...
Btw, the tactic of stealing some data and staying dormant for a few days or weeks before harming is a popular, recent strategy... So, maybe your data leaked a week ago, or more, and he executed the "attack" now...

That inspiration you might lack to put into words the work you’ve done, you had it the moment you picked up your camera and, despite everything that’s going on, you went out to observe and capture specific moments in life: both your own, because you’re the protagonist and creator of these photographic works of art, and those of the people passing by in the street, walking, doing their shopping, or simply passing through or strolling along.
Your photographs have the perfect contrast and lighting that make the black-and-white style stand out and look beautiful, like a journey through time.

A truly beautiful song with powerful lyrics, perfect to share during this week, where the theme is "The Sun Comes Out." Thank you for finding ways to stand out edition after edition and for enjoying our community so much; I’m glad you’re here, and I really like your vocal sound in this performance.

I loved the way you so proudly showcased that traditional music from your country, and I’m delighted that your wife is such a good dancer. Many parts of the video you shared remind me of the zambas from my country, and there’s also a song or style of music called ‘pajarillo’. The chords on the cuatro sound so much like those on the guitarra criolla, it just goes to show we have something in common: the Spanish influence.
It’s such a pleasure to read this review; it takes me back to my student days when I learnt zapateo, I was quite good at it, even though I learnt the men’s style. It’s great to share aspects of our cultures; it always enriches us, and I love learning about other places.
