What the benches told me [Eng-Esp] by @enraizar

image.png

When you said that those benches are in Sweden and that there are a lot of them, it did surprise me as I was looking at it from a different angle... As of cold weather in the winter, and a lot of rain during the rest of the year, I thought there was no reason for benches at all... As nobody is crazy to sit on them during the rain... 😃
But, understandably, they are living for those rare moments of sunny weather, so they have to be prepared to run out and enjoy it! 😃

MOVIE REVIEW: “The Odyssey” (2026) by @wiseagent

image.png

I tried to read your post carefully to not catch some spoilers before watching the movie, but on the other hand, the Odyssey story is 3000 years old, and it was an obligatory topic for at least 2 classes in my secondary school... So, no spoilers... 😀
I think the world premiere is today, and in the past week, whenever I would open YouTube, I would see tons of interviews and promotional videos for the movie... I am a big Christopher Nolan fan, but this is out of control... Anyway, thanks for the review, and despite all good and bad things, I will watch the movie very soon... 😃

Focaccia con masa madre by @eugelys

When I saw the first photo, I thought: they look fabulous! The thing is, the time you leave the dough to rest is the big secret, just like the time between each folding or kneading. It’s something that requires a lot of patience, especially if you’re using sourdough, but all that practice is paying off. Judging by those air pockets, it’s definitely turned out spectacularly.
I also love what you’ve chosen to put on top. I haven’t made it for ages, and this has really whetted my appetite!

Past Is Beautiful... Until You Return to It by @chris-chris92

image.png

What a beautiful story accompanied by great photos... That's how nostalgia works... We remember the place, we remember our childhood, and we LOCK those two things in one specific moment in the past... Many years later, we would like to bring back those feelings, that sensation, but it's impossible to do it... Not just because those are things from the past, but also, we are not the same person anymore than we were, and we don't have those years we had... 😃
It happens to me every year when I travel to my hometown, to visit my parents... The landscape is almost the same, but the feeling isn't... But, as you said, those memories continue to live in our hearts, which is priceless!

Adelaida y su Gatica Kitty (Esp/ Eng) by @brujita18

image.png

I just wanted to say that I loved your post for so many reasons. Firstly, because the photos are your own, of your kittens, and they’re gorgeous! I’m so glad you shared those photos; I really appreciate it.
As for the story, I don’t know if it’s true, but I hope it is, it rings absolutely true. Cats sense both good and bad energies and react against the bad ones by protecting their owners. A cat would never stay with a bad person or someone with a low vibration. They’re always looking out for us, and I love your account, if the story is true, because it means there are more of us who share this view of our beloved cats.

Sabbatical | Mixed Media Project by @justclickindiva

Your story is inspiring, and it reminded me that someone once told me I should write a book about my own story because it would help many people, like a weary traveller, just as the story describes. You talk about bringing light into the darkness, and you’re right, leaving that star for someone else who needs it.
Your design is beautiful, pure harmony that brings peace and tranquillity to anyone who sees it. Thank you so much for your work, which is always of such high quality and so thorough
