OurPick encouragement program is part of the @Liotes ecosystem, where quality posts are curated. Authors are encouraged to continue creating content, adding value to various communities, and contributing to Hive in general.

Occasionally, we will select a couple of outstanding posts that we find particularly interesting and suggest them for your further reading... We hope it will help authors as an additional promotional tool... We support creators with our upvotes in Hive, but also in other tribe tokens! These Hive-Engine tribes add extra value to the entire ecosystem, helping authors and curators follow their niches and dreams...

Burnout can seriously damage our lives, and recognizing it before it sets in is a valuable skill! I always enjoyed building things, compounding, and scaling up to see the limits... After a while, that "challenge" would fade out, and I suppose that's the moment the burnout would hit me... Unfortunately, I wouldn't realize that and would continue pushing until I got bored and started something new, all over again...
You made a good decision to slow down and take a vacation before the initial plan... Life happens, listening to what it says to us makes our journey less predictable, but more sustainable...

The textures in these photos are incredible!!! The ones that make the biggest impact are those featuring insects, although I really don’t like those jumping spiders at all. And although there are no cats, joking aside, the composition you’ve captured today is spectacular, especially because of the textures of the wood, the rust, the flowers and that dry leaf with its veins.
The ants and the butterfly are my favourites, and in the case of the butterfly, it’s because it’s so close up that you can see its wings and the way they’re arranged so clearly.

A great spot for taking photos once you’ve ticked off your to do list. The number 1 catches my eye, and I can see it’s caught yours too. The number 1 marks the beginning of anything, from a project to something that happens in life. The writings, the posters and, above all, the children’s smiles, that’s the loveliest thing of all.
I love that you’ve taken your camera out for a spin; the composition has the harmony of a stroll through a new place, as if you were exploring every nook and cranny.

The temple looks amazing! It's like having a museum of a certain period of history to research... The visitor could spend a whole day if they would like to check all the stone carvings!
Btw. I see a door in some images, but I didn't see any photos of the inside... Is it prohibited to enter, or is it prohibited to take photos of the inside? I'm a bit curious to see how it looks from the inside, and whether it has more rooms and chambers.

A beautiful and evocative stroll along one of the most important avenues and, above all, one steeped in history. The trees lining the avenue are lovely, and, as you’ve captured in this walk, you’ve also captured the daily comings and goings of people. I was thinking about all those factories that once stood here and are now deserted, as well as that sports ground.
It’s lovely to see the bus station, and I particularly liked the National Library building; it’s imposing and beautiful.

Whenever I saw someone talking about time, or I think about it, I got reminded about a sentence my teacher said once... "Time is an irreplaceable resource." To be honest, I forgot the context when he said that, but I understood the message behind it... You can reverse some actions, re-do things in a different way, but you can't reverse the time... The moment that passed is gone...
Having children and elderly parents are things that will take a lot of "our" time... But, as you said, when children grow up, or our parents aren't around anymore, we will want to have some time with them... We will wish that we had more time for them... It's strange, weird, and probably selfish to think about "our time" in those situations, but everyone needs it... Humans are social beings, but we do need our "solo time" sometimes...
