Reading Troia brought to my mind the famous Greek city and the battle they lost because they accepted the horse given by the enemy... I didn't know there was a Troy in Portugal and that it also had interesting stories to tell. The landscapes you show us are dreamy with those crystal clear waters and the umbrellas with the white sand make you think you are in the Caribbean. The dune area also looks like a good place to explore and admire nature. It is a very complete destination, thank you for discovering this beautiful place, I hope you can enjoy it more times.

The year is still not over, and being disappointed in early August shows an inexperienced user doing FUD as THEIR plans didn't go how they imagined... Markets don't follow my or your plans; they do what they are supposed to do... Follow the global economic situation...
So... Are we living in a good, wealthy economy in recent years? Do you struggle with your salary to push through the month? How is your Web 2.0 neighbor doing?
We have these cycles every 4 years; they do rhyme, but they aren't the same... Not the same coins will go up in the bull... Some already did... Some never will... If someone FUDs and they are scared, that's usually a sign that they have too much money invested... and usually, that their eggs are in the same basket... That's not the problem of the market, that's THEIR problem...

First of all, a big hug to you and your dad. While it is true that there is no turning back, it is important that he has the best quality of life possible considering his illness and the circumstances, that he suffers as little pain as possible, and I think about how difficult that can be sometimes, because in many cases there is no medicine that can help.
The death of your aunt has been a hard blow for him, which we hope he can overcome, but for now he is going through a necessary grieving process. I sincerely hope that they can perform the remaining tests. I know he is surrounded by love and care and knows that you are there for him in any way you can.

Not only am I fascinated by your post because of the quality of your photographs and the subject matter—a violinist on the street, letting the vibrations and sounds reach people like magic—but also because what you have written about how you felt and how you perceived that moment is poetic. I rarely read anything so beautiful; these are words from the heart.
