Having lived in Colorado for quite a chunk of life I got to do a lot of exploring. Colorado has a rich and deep history of mining and farming, with lots of historic sites as well as abandoned gems to see. Today most of the mining sites are nothing more than piles of timber and rusted metal but a few have are still standing although in deteriorating condition. For my entry I share what is left of the Waldorf Mine at the top of Argentine Pass near Georgetown Colorado.
Here are some other old barns outside of Leadville, Colorado.

These are just a few of the amazing sights you can see in Colorado and hope you all enjoyed.

The barns are outside Leadville, Colorado. Not sure if they are abandoned they are still on farms so could be working hay barns.
Because this is such an awesome post, here is a BBH Tip for you. . Keep up the fantastic work
