Goal is an integral part of human being that defines who we are and what we intend to achieve. Any individual without goal is like a tree without root or object that has no direction. Goal is like eye of every human being. In other words, anyone without goal will definitely fall into ditch.

The year just began and its expedient that one shouldn't take goal setting for granted because of the significance it holds to human being. To every successful man in the world today is a goal. In this post, I intend to share some characteristics of a goal. An achievable goal is known by the kind of attributes it carries. Therefore follow me gently as i share some tips that could cause a quantum leap in an individual's life.

One of the critical thing i normally consider for any goal is that it must be specific. Don't say you are targeting everything. You need to focus on a particular so that you won't be easily distracted as you walk towards actualization of such target. Is your new year goal specific? You can't be everywhere at the same time.

Another vital characteristics is that your goal should have some elements that can be weighed. Your goal should be designed in such a way that it can be measured so that you would be able to ascertain when such goals are achieved. All goals should be time bound and have some elements of validity.

Conclusively, all goals are supposed to be set in such a way that it can be attained.
