I want to thank God for the great opportunity He has given to us especially me to be alive today. I woke up from sleep this morning and started having a feeling that made me to tell myself that I too needs proper detoxification of my body. Sometimes we tend to forget that after cleaning the environment, our system's internal organs needs cleaning too. So I took a purgative to remove unwanted toxins in my system.

Then I went for environmental cleaning of my area. I saw some of this non-degradable materials that litters the walk way along the road and it made the street very dirty when you look at the droppings. Below are the pictures

Due to the Purgative herbal medicine that I took, it made me feel week and I have been going to toilet frequently. But now am much relieved, feeling better. I now decided to now post my activity for today.

Here above is mainly what I picked up from the cleaning work I did today.

Here @cleanplanet, I am gathering all the rubbish dirty and I will be burning them soon on a sunny day.The only way to get rid of plastics and nylons is through burning.

As the year remains just 4 days to wrap up and usher in 2024, I suggest everyone should look for a proper detoxifying medicine to cleanse body system. It is very important for our body to be freed of any unwanted toxins that have accumulated in the body.
