Street Food Fried Oysters in Asia

Street food fried oyster is a popular dish in many parts of the world, especially in Asia. The dish typically consists of shucked oysters that are coated in a batter made from flour, egg, and various seasonings such as salt, pepper, and garlic. The oysters are then deep-fried in oil until they are crispy and golden brown on the outside, and soft and juicy on the inside.

This dish is served with a spicy dipping sauce and topped with chopped scallions and cilantro. It was a little too starchy for me but on the overall, it was pretty good. Only MYR11 (USD2.50) per serving.
