💋 Black Hair, Pink Lips, and a Little Attitude

I was about to go on with my day when I noticed the light coming through the doorway and thought it might be a good spot for a selfie. And well, you know me... once I get that idea in my head, I have to take at least a few pictures. 😂📸

Today I decided to keep my outfit pretty simple. Just a black top, my hair down, and some pink lipstick to add a little color. I love wearing black because it goes with practically everything, and I don't have to spend half an hour standing in front of my closet trying to decide what matches.

Although, to be fair, I still manage to waste plenty of time getting ready. Haha!

My hair was actually cooperating today, which doesn't happen as often as I'd like. I brushed it, fixed my bangs a little, and was pleasantly surprised that everything stayed where I wanted it. That's almost a miracle considering how stubborn my hair can be sometimes.

And then there's my lipstick. I was originally going to wear something more neutral, but I changed my mind at the last minute. I think the pink looks cute with the black top, so I'm glad I went with it. 💕

I also made that little pouty face without really planning to. I swear, sometimes I look at my selfies afterward and wonder why I always end up making the same expressions. I guess we all have our favorite poses, even if we don't realize it.

There wasn't anything particularly exciting happening when I took this picture. I was just feeling good about how I looked and wanted to capture the moment.

I think I've become a little more comfortable with that lately. I don't need a special event, a fancy outfit, or somewhere beautiful to take a picture. Sometimes the doorway at home and a little natural light are more than enough.

Besides, not every photo needs a deep meaning or a motivational quote attached to it. Sometimes a girl just likes her hair, thinks her lipstick looks pretty, and wants to share a selfie. That's perfectly fine with me. 😘

Now I just need to remember not to leave pink lipstick marks on my coffee cup. Knowing myself, that's probably not going to happen. 😂❤️
