Does Miracle exist?

What is a miracle? Does it exist? A question that troubles my very soul. I've heard people talk about it, I've longed for one to happen, not around me but to me. I've felt my soul leap for joy, a surge of peace overflowing my heart , and a beam of hope brighten my face each time people sing abroad a deed of mystery. Softly I will hear myself saying "I'll wait for mine to come" but it tarries even more.

After a long wait, I went about searching for what miracle truly is, is it an occurrence of a mysterious event?, or a sudden appearance of expectations? or an unexplainable phenomenon?. People who have talked about miracles have limited it to an expectation coming true, making it seem as if miracles revolve around things we hope for. While they make it look so, we have painted it to be so and so we pray for miracles daily yet not seeing the everyday miracle that happens to us , and around us.

But then, what we believe is attached to our faith and what we believe in. Do we believe in miracles? Can we explain what happens when the lame man walks? Can we tell what transpired at night while we sleep? Or the mechanism behind the air that flows through our streams?. Miracle is in our everyday life, but what we see is that which we only believe in. We can't get past our belief and this belief is our limitation to the number of miracles we encounter.

This means, if I believe miracle is our expectations coming to pass, I'll miss out on the miracle of waking up daily to live without knowing, or see the sudden change in our decision that eventually turned out for good as an everyday life event, not knowing it's a miracle in disguise. The greatest of all miracles is waking everyday sound and healthy to pursue our dreams and purpose. When we don't have these two, nothing else matters again.
Does Miracle exist? Yes it does, and it exists in our everyday life.
