I do believe those are English Pigeon feathers. I always liked these feathers as they remind me of a two piece suit.

Black flannel trousers, a prestinely ironed white Oxford Shirt (paired with a dark purple silk tie, preferably with a pattern of some sort) and a midnight grey Herringbone jacket.
