Greetings, dear friends of Hive Blockchain
! I hope you all are doing well and feeling healthy. I am also good and enjoying my life in my country. It's Monday 27th day of January 2025 here in my place. Today I am again going to share my entry for Splinterlands Community Engagement Challenge: Support Articles theme Favorite Strategies
. You can also join in this weekly challenge, to know more about how to participate in this challenge visit this link.
This week's challenge theme is to share about your favorite Strategies, card combinations, rulesets, or unique gameplay tactics. For participation in this challenge, I will select the card combination which is my favorite strategy whenever I have available these card combinations in battles.
I have already mentioned in my posts about my favorite Deck which is the Death Splinter Deck. The best card combination I mostly use in my battles while playing with the Death Splinter is as follows. Below I will share about each card that I use in my card combination like its positions and why I used that card in my battle lineup. I mostly use this lineup when Death Splinter is available in the battle ruleset. In this strategy, my main focus is to weaken the enemy team.
The summoner that I choose is Zintar Mortalis
which is a Beta edition Death Splinter summoner. I mostly use this summoner because I have only this summoner upgraded of the Death Splinter. This summoner has a debuff of -1 enemy team melee attack. I have upgraded it to level 4 in which I can use level 5 common cards under it.
The card that I mostly use in the first position is Haunted Spirit
which is a rare melee attack monster from Death Splinter. I have upgraded it to level 4 in which it does -3 melee damage and has 2 abilities Heal and Magic Reflect. The reason why I chose this card at the first position is because it costs less mana, does a nice melee attack, and has 2 most useful abilities.
The card that I use in the second position is Shadowy Presence
which is a Reward edition an Epic monster that costs only 1 mana and has no attack. I use it in the second position because it costs less mana and also gives +1 Health to all friendly monsters. The monster in the first position Haunted Spirit has 8 health and recovers 2 health each round but I use Shadowy Presence with it then Haunted Spirit's health increases to 9 and recovers 3 health in each round.
I use Phantom Soldier
in the third position because its health is high. It is a Death splinter monster that costs 8 mana and does a -3 magic attack along with Flying and Silence abilities. I mostly use it in my battles because it is a unique card and most of the time it works for me.
Life Sapper
is a Chaos Legion edition Death splinter monster that costs 3 mana and does -2 magic attack along with a Life Leach ability. It is part of my lineup because it costs low mana and does -2 magic attack with Life Leach.
In the fifth position I use Undead Priest
which costs 2 mana and has no attack at level 1. I have upgraded it to level 3 in which it gains 1 magic attack. It is part of my lineup because it has a Weaken ability which reduces -1 health of all enemy team monsters.
I usually use Twisted Jester
at the backline because it is a Range attack monster and attacks only from some distance if there is no change in the ruleset. It is also part of my lineup because it does -3 range attack with Snipe ability.
