The Unexpected Toll after Election Days

It's been a while now since I last posted here because there were many unexpected things that happened to my life and one of that was having an illness. After we were done with the election, I got hit by an illness and I didn't expect it to happen because it suddenly came into my body.

The day after we finished in the election, I started having an illness but at first, I didn't knew on what were the caused of this and so on and so forth but then I realized that I got that illness during the duration of the election of our place.

Although, we were busy with our work within the election period but body couldn't hold the tiredness, exhaustion, etc. etc. So, I have got a bad headache, with some clogged nose, cough, and a heavy feeling of my body.

I took some medicine after the election since that started my illness after that election and the illness disappear and will appear again and again after every 4 hours of taking some medicine. Even if I am resting the day after the election but I didn't mind since all I thought that my illness would passed by but it didn't and it continued the next day and the day after the next and so on..

But the next next, my head hurts a lot while some parts of my body were numb and I cannot move the way I moved in the last days but I tried to move it but I think that I cannot continue on working, so, I took a leave at our company and thankfully, they said yes to my sudden sick leave.

While I am happy that I have now a sick leave but I am not since I got an illness and I don't want to have an illness because that's the last thing that I do not like because I will always stay in my bed and resting and rolling out of the bed with nothing to do all day and just roll and roll and roll.

I also went to my father's wife house to stay there because the place is good and it's a little far away from the city or the town while the air is good and the ambiance is awesome, too. We stayed there since Friday until Sunday in the morning and we were glad that we went there because they have more resources of farm fields in gathering some things for me to make me okay than before.

I am lucky to have my wife by my side because she was the only one who was beside me whenever I needed someone the most, they took care of myself while I was in my bed rolling and having an illness and I'm thankful for my wife's family for getting assistance from them while I am sick.

Anyway, after resting for almost a week, I think I got okay a little bit and I went to the company to work because it's better for me to work than to stay in my house and doing nothing just to roll on the bed, walk around the house, and just stared at the ceiling with no work.
