Testing My Fire Units in ARCADECOLONY’s Near Social Media Challenge NFT.

I took a dive on the Close Social Media Challenge NFT event in ARCADECOLONY not long ago, and it was the ideal opportunity to measure my Fire Units under proper pressure. Such fiery warriors are well-known to have aggressive attack patterns and area damage potential – but theory and live competition are two different things.

Even on the outset, I’ve noticed that timing and placement were important. My Fire Units were very successful in early encounters, sweeping Predator-2 and weaker armies left and right. Their special effects such as Blazing Charge and Inferno Pulse made explosive holes that created the atmosphere of most games. However, their poor durability made them easy prey for more defensive Earth and Water Units, especially in battles which lasted longer in which endurance was everything.

The unique character of the format of the NFT challenge was added. Due to the battles being recorded and documented, winning wasn’t enough, there had to be strategy and creative thinking in the same. I tried various formations and synergy boosts from NFT cards to use as fire units increase my power. Some combos were a miracle, and as long as they were combined with fast-healing Support Units, they found use.

And what I really enjoyed was how the ARCADECOLONY community interacted with the material. People were working over plays to suggest tweaks and even trading tips to ensure better Fire Unit optimization. It was like a real time strategy lab.

In general this challenge helped me to push my Fire Units to their last breath and learn from other players. Plus the opportunity to earn limited edition NFT made it better. If you haven’t tested the squad, it’s time to do it – turn on your strategy and join the party.
