There are 3 Hive-based games nominated in the PlayToEarn Blockchain Game Awards 2024! I voted! Did you vote?
Hive is my favorite blockchain project and Hive-based games are one of my passions.
Hive has so many utilities and in my opinion it is also a perfect blockchain for blockchain-based games because:
- it is very fast
- it has transaction costs = 0.
Unfortunately, Hive does not have smart contracts yet but smart contracts are under development and when they are implemented Hive could become the best usable platform for blockchain-based games in my opinion.
PlayToEarn organized the Blockchain Game Awards 2024 initiative.
There are 18 PlayToEarn Awards to be assigned and there are 900+ Nominated Games.
Among the Nominated Games are also three Hive-based games:
On Splinterlands I am a very active player and play every day.
On Rising Star I was a very active player in the past but still continue to do the music missions even though I don't have the consistency I had in the past.
I have tried Crypto Shot in the past and plan to re-play it trying to be an active player.
Voting for a Hive-based game in a competition of games developed on different blockchains can help promote not only the game but also Hive and that is why today I voted for all the Hive-based games nominated.
For the voters there are also prizes:

Now I'll show you the steps I did to vote.
I went to https://playtoearn.com/awards and clicked on Login
There are various options for logging in and I chose to log in with Google
Then I clicked on Discover & Vote now
Splinterlands and Rising Star are among the nominees in the Best Card Game section.
Of course, I voted for both games.
There could have also been other hive-based games in this section such as @golemoverlord and @dcrops but I couldn't find them and I don't know what the requirements are to participate in this initiative.
Crypto Shots is among the nominations in the Best Shooter Game section.
Splinterlands, Rising Star and Crypto Shots are also among the nominees in the Best Browser Game section, and I voted for these games in this section as well.

I am only sorry I could not vote for Hive in the Best Ecosystem section because it is not there but in my opinion Hive is the Best Ecosystem and that is why I did not vote for anyone in this section.
If all the players of Splinterlands, Rising Star, and Crypto Shot vote in this poll these games might have more visilibility together with Hive.

Hive è il mio progetto blockchain preferito e gli Hive-based games sono una delle mie passioni.
Hive ha tante utilità e secondo me è anche una blockchain perfetta per i giochi basati su blockchain perchè:
- è molto veloce
- ha costi di transazione = 0
Purtroppo Hive non ha ancora gli smart contracts ma gli smart contracts sono in fase di sviluppo e quando saranno implementati Hive potrebbe diventare la migliore piattaforma utilizzabile per i giochi basati su blockchain secondo me.

Su Splinterlands sono un giocatore molto attivo e gioco ogni giorno.
Su Rising Star ero un giocatore molto attivo in passato ma ancora oggi continuo a svolgere le missioni musicali anche se non ho la costanza di un tempo.
Ho provato Crypto Shot in passato e ho in programma di ri-giocarci cercando di essere un giocatore attivo.
Votare per un gioco Hive-based in una competizione di giochi sviluppati su diverse blockchains può aiutare a promuovere non solo il gioco ma anche Hive e per questo motivo oggi ho votato per tutti gli Hive-based games nominati.

Mi dispiace solo non aver potuto votare per Hive nella sezione Best Ecosystem perchè non c'è ma secondo me è Hive il Best Ecosystem e per questo motivo non ho votato per nessuno in questa sezione.
Se tutti i giocatori di Splinterlands, Rising Star e Crypto Shot votassero in questo sondaggio questi giochi potrebbero avere una maggiore visilibilità insieme ad Hive.

Senza smart contracts Hive sarà spesso ignorata in questi concorsi ma sarà spesso ignorata dagli sviluppatori e per questo spero che nel 2025 saranno implementati anche su Hive
