Golem Overlord is a Hive-based game that has two game modes you can play: idle mode and Conquest Mode.
I play both game modes but I prefer the strategic Player Vs Player game mode of Golem Overlord, the Conquest Mode.
In the next gif you can see a few seconds of one of my battles in Conquest Mode.
Although in the last couple of months I have had very little free time when I can I enjoy playing in the Conquest Mode and today, after more than 1 month since my last post about Conquest Mode I return to share my gaming activity, my progress, my achievements in the last concluded season and also a little focus on the market value of the ANIMA token which is the token that can be earned by playing in the contest mode and can be used to make purchases in the shop and to boost the stats of the Golems that can be used in the game.
Today, June 26, 2025, the S25.06-2 season is underway on Golem Overlord, which started just over 10 days ago and will end in 4 days and 11 hours.
This season and to date I have played 50 battles, won 32 times and lost 18 times, and my partial placement in the season leaderboard is position 35.
Over the weekend I will be traveling with my family, and I will hardly be able to play any more battles before the end of the season.
Therefore, today I cut out some free time to play at least 10 battles.

In the game session I showed you in this post, I played a total of 10 battles.
Out of 10 battles:
- I won 6 battles
- I lost 4 battles
It was a positive game session because my win rate was above 50% but I could have done better.
I improved my position in the season leaderboard by one position: 35 -> 34
- I gained 9.7 ANIMA tokens = 0.22 SWAP.HIVE
As for the last season completed in Conquest Mode, season S25.06-1, my final placement in the season leaderboard was 53rd place.
It was not my best season from the point of view of game results and from the point of view of win rate, but I am still happy to have finished the season among the awarded positions and to have received 25 ANIMA as an end-of-season award.
One of the pieces of information I like to monitor in all the games I have invested in or am an active player in is the number of active players season after season.
In the season S25.06-1 there were 122 active players.
In the last 4 completed seasons the number of active players was:
S25.06-1: 122 active players
S25.05-2: 123 active players
S25.05-1: 147 active players
S25.04-2: 145 active players

The top player of the season was Koliavamp with a rating score = 2876
I like to play in Conquest Mode but after reading the post by @stradaxlaliberta I decided to make a change to my investment strategy on Golem Overlord which now involves phases of investing and phases of recovering my investment.
I continue to see a lot of potential in this game but my future choice of whether to sell the ANIMA tokens or to buy and upgrade my golems will depend on and be driven by:
- by the future value of the ANIMA tokens
- by the number of active players
- by future upgrades.
Since there are no announcements of new events and new updates I continue to sell in-game rewards to get closer to the break-even point of my Conquest Mode investment.
Today I sold 46.23 ANIMA and earned 1.09 SWAP.HIVE.
In Conquest Mode I invested 316.24 SWAP.HIVE which I used mainly to buy Golems crates.
To reach the break-even point I still need to earn 261.02 SWAP.HIVE but more than reaching this goal I hope that Conquest Mode will receive new updates and events and then I would resume investing in this game which I consider fun.
I end this post by showing the candlestick chart of the ANIMA token which is the main token of Conquest Mode.
The last time I posted a focus on the value of the ANIMA token was May 20, 2025.

The past 37 days have not been good for the market value of the HIVE token and the market value of the ANIMA token.

Golem Overlord è un gioco Hive-based che ha due modalità di gioco a cui è possibile giocare: idle mode e Conquest Mode.
Gioco a entrambe le modalità di gioco ma preferisco la modalità di gioco strategica Player Vs Player di Golem Overlord, il Conquest Mode.

Anche se negli ultimi due mesi ho avuto molto poco tempo libero quando posso mi piace giocare nel Conquest Mode e oggi, dopo più di 1 mese dal mio ultimo post sul Conquest Mode ritorno a condividere la mia attività di gioco, i miei progressi, i miei risultati nell'ultima stagione conclusa e anche un piccolo focus sul valore di mercato del token ANIMA che è il token guadagnabile giocando nel contest mode e utilizzabile per fare acquisti nello shop e per potenziare le statistiche dei Golems utilizzabili in gioco.
Oggi 26 giugno 2025, su Golem Overlord è in corso la stagione S25.06-2 che è iniziata poco più di 10 giorni fa e terminerà tra 4 giorni e 11 ore.
In questa stagione e fino ad oggi ho giocato 50 battaglie, ho vinto 32 volte e perso 18 volte e il mio piazzamento parziale nella leaderboard stagionale è la posizione 35.
Nel fine settimana sarò in viaggio con la mia famiglia e difficilmente potrò giocare altre battaglie prima della fine della stagione.
Per questo motivo oggi mi sono ritagliato un pò di tempo libero per giocare almeno 10 battaglie.

Nella sessione di gioco che ti ho mostrato in questo post ho giocato in totale 10 battaglie.
Su 10 battaglie:
- ho vinto 6 battaglie
- ho perso 4 battaglie
E' stata una sessione di gioco positiva perchè il mio win rate è stato superiore al 50% ma potevo fare meglio.
Ho migliorato la mia posizione nella leaderboard stagionale di una sola posizione: 35 -> 34
- Ho guadagnato 9.7 token ANIMA = 0.22 SWAP.HIVE
Per quanto riguarda l'ultima stagione conclusa nel Conquest Mode, la stagione S25.06-1, il mio piazzamento finale nella leaderboard stagionale è stato il 53° posto.
Non è stata la mia stagione migliore dal punto di vista dei risultati di gioco e dal punto di vista del win rate ma sono comunque contento di aver terminato la stagione tra le posizioni premiate e di aver ricevuto 25 ANIMA come premio di fine stagione.
Una delle informazioni che mi piace monitorare in tutti i giochi in cui ho investito o in cui sono un giocatore attivo è il numero di giocatori attivi stagione dopo stagione.
Nella stagione S25.06-1 ci sono stati 122 giocatori attivi.
Nelle ultime 4 stagioni concluse il numero dei giocatori attivi è stato:

Dopo aver letto il post di @stradaxlaliberta ho deciso di fare una modifica alla mia strategia di investimento su Golem Overlord che adesso prevede fasi di investimento e fasi di recupero del mio investimento.
Continuo a vedere molto potenziale in questo gioco ma la mia scelta futura se vendere i token ANIMA o se acquistare e potenziare i miei golems dipenderà e sarà guidata:
- dal valore futuro dei token ANIMA
- dal numero dei giocatori attivi
- dai futuri aggiornamenti.
Dato che non ci sono annunci di nuovi eventi e nuovi aggiornamenti continuo a vendere le ricompense di gioco per avvicinarmi al punto di pareggio del mio investimento nel Conquest Mode.
Oggi ho venduto 46.23 ANIMA e ho guadagnato 1.09 SWAP.HIVE.
Nel Conquest Mode ho investito 316.24 SWAP.HIVE che ho utilizzato principalmente per acquistare i Golems crates.
Per raggiungere il punto di pareggio devo guadagnare ancora 261.02 SWAP.HIVE ma più che raggiungere questo obiettivo spero che il Conquest Mode riceva nuovi aggiornamenti ed eventi e in quel caso riprenderei ad investire in questo gioco che considero divertente.
Concludo questo post mostrando il grafico candlestick del token ANIMA che è il token principale del Conquest Mode.
L'ultima volta che ho pubblicato un focus sul valore del token ANIMA era il 20 maggio 2025.
