I am an active player in several Hive-based games including all the games on the Arcade Colony platform.
After a long period during which I did not publish any content related to my gaming activities and my progress on Genesis League Goals on my Hive blog, in the last two months I have published four posts about this game.
When I publish a post about a game, it is because the game intrigues me in some way or because I enjoy it.
I restarted posting content about Genesis League Goals because I really liked playing tournaments, which I had never tried before because the registration process seemed too complicated.
In fact, the registration and tournament play mechanism is a bit complicated, but at the same time, it's fun to play in tournament mode, and I must say that I much prefer playing tournaments to ranked matches, which I have left to the automatic Auto Play feature.
From 14 September to 21 September 2025, I participated in my third tournament: the GLS Regional Tournament
In terms of game results, the tournament did not go well because out of 7 registered players, only 6 actually played, as one player was excluded for not playing 50% of the matches. I came in second to last, in fifth place with 2 wins, 9 losses and two draws.
In reality, I expected this result in the final standings because my teams have level 3 and 4 player cards, while in Regional tournaments it is possible to use cards up to level 8, and the opponents I faced in the tournament had level 8 cards.
The important thing is to have fun, and I did have fun.
I also won a nice prize that could help me improve my two teams.
Today I received:
7,000 GLX are worth 8.15 SWAP.HIVE, but instead of selling them, I decided to stake them for two reasons:
- Staked GLX tokens allow you to receive a certain amount of COLONY tokens every day.
- GLX tokens will have use cases in the Prime Pick game, a prediction market game currently in development.
The implementation of this prediction market game could give Genesis League Goals' assets (NFTs and tokens) a second chance and a second life.
Thanks to the 7,000 GLX I received as a reward, I have exceeded 50K GLX staked.
Participating in three tournaments allowed me to receive a total of:
- 19,000 GLX
- 180 GMLSPA packs
In about two weeks, there will be a new tournament that will be even more difficult for me because it will be a National tier tournament where it will be possible to use the highest level cards, while I only have cards up to the fourth level.
But I will still participate with pleasure because I like playing tournaments and one of my goals on Genesis League Goals is to play all the tournaments that will be organised.
In my previous post, I showed the NFTs I found in the 40 GMLSPA packs I received as a reward for participating in the GLS Local Tournament.
Today, I also opened the 70 GMLSPA packs I received as a reward for participating in the GLS Regional Tournament.
To open the GMLSPA packs, I went to the COLLECTION->PACKS section and clicked on Open.
On the next screen, I entered the number of GMLSPA packs to open and then clicked on Open.
In the next images, you can see the 350 NFTs I found in the 70 GMLSPA packs.
I would have liked to find three copies of Drew Dribbles because that way I could have brought this coach to level 5, but I only found one copy.
In fact, level 5 can be reached by combining 15 NFTs, and with the copy I found today, I have a total number of Drew Dribbles cards = 13 BCX.
I only need 2 more copies to upgrade to level 5, and I hope to find them in the next packs I will open.
In the next image, you can see the amount of NFTs needed to increase the level of the cards.

La mia esperienza nei tornei

Sono un giocatore attivo in diversi Hive-based games tra cui tutti i giochi presenti nella piattaforma Arcade Colony.
Dopo un lungo periodo in cui non ho pubblicato contenuti relativi alla mia attività di gioco e ai miei progressi su Genesis League Goals nel mio Hive blog negli ultimi due mesi ho pubblicato quattro post su questo gioco.
Quando pubblico un post su un gioco è perchè il gioco in qualche modo mi incuriosisce o perchè mi diverte.
Ho ripreso a pubblicare contenuti su Genesis League Goals perchè mi sono divertito molto a giocare i tornei che non avevo mai provato prima perchè il meccanismo di registrazione mi sembrava troppo complicato.
In effetti il meccanismo di registrazione e di gioco dei tornei è un pò complicato ma allo stesso tempo è divertente giocare nella modalità torneo e devo dire che mi piace molto più giocare i tornei che le partite ranked che da tempo ho affidato all'automatismo della funzionalità Auto play.
Dal 14 settembre al 21 settembre 2025 ho partecipato al mio terzo torneo: il GLS Regional Tournament
Dal punto di vista dei risultati di gioco il torneo non è andato bene perchè su 7 giocatori iscritti ma 6 effettivi perchè un giocatore è stato escluso perchè non ha giocato il 50% dei match sono arrivato al penultimo posto, il quinto posto con 2 vittorie, 9 sconfitte e due pareggi.
In realtà mi aspettavo questo risultato in classifica finale perchè le mie squadre hanno carte di tipo giocatore di livello 3 e 4 mentre nei tornei Regional è possibile utilizzare carte fino al livello 8 e gli avversari che ho incontrato nel torneo avevano carte di livello 8.
L'importante è divertirsi e io mi sono divertito.
Ho anche vinto un bel premio che mi potrebbe aiutare a migliorare le mie due squadre.
Oggi ho ricevuto:
- 7000 GLX
- 70 GMLSPA packs
7000 GLX valgono 8.15 SWAP.HIVE ma invece di venderli ho preferito metterli in in staking per due motivi:
- i token GLX staked permettono di ricevere un quantitativo di token COLONY ogni giorno.
- i token GLX avranno casi d'uso nel gioco Prime Pick, un prediction market game in fase di sviluppo.
L'implementazione di questo prediction market game potrebbe dare una seconda chance e una seconda vita agli assets (NFT e tokens) di Genesis League Goals.
Grazie ai 7000 GLX che ho ricevuto come premio ho superato i 50K GLX staked.
Partecipare a tre tornei mi ha permesso di ricevere in totale:
- 19000 GLX
- 180 GMLSPA packs
Fra circa due settimane ci sarà un nuovo torneo che sarà ancora più difficile per me perchè sarà un National tier tournament in cui sarà possibile utilizzare le carte di massimo livello mentre io ho carte al massimo al quarto livello.
Ma parteciperò comunque con piacere perchè mi piace giocare i tornei e uno dei miei obiettivi su Genesis League Goals è di giocare tutti i tornei che saranno organizzati.
Nel mio precedente post ho mostrato gli NFT che ho trovato nei 40 GMLSPA packs che ho ricevuto come premio per aver partecipato al GLS Local Tournament.
Oggi ho aperto anche i 70 GMLSPA che ho ricevuto come premio per aver partecipato al GLS Regional Tournament.
Per aprire i GMLSPA sono andato nella sezione COLLECTION->PACKS e ho cliccato su Open.
Nella schermata successiva ho inserito il numero di GMLSPA packs da aprire e poi ho cliccato su Open.
Nelle prossime immagini puoi vedere i 350 NFT che ho trovato nei 70 GMLSPA packs.
Mi sarebbe piaciuto trovare tre copie di Drew Dribbles perchè in questo modo avrei potuto portare questo allenatore al livello 5 ma ho trovato solo una copia.
Infatti il livello 5 è raggiungibile combinando 15 NFT e con la copia che ho trovato oggi ho un numero totale di carte Drew Dribbles = 13 BCX.
Mi mancano solo 2 copie per poter fare l'upgrade al livello 5 e spero di trovarle nei prossimi pacchi che aprirò.
Nella prossima immagine puoi vedere il quantitativo di NFT necessario per aumentare il livello delle carte.
