Opening 25 Major Chests in Splinterlands

It's time to open more Loot Chests this season and increase my Soulbounds card collection in Splinterlands.

As I mentioned in other posts, my goal is to open as many Loot Chests as possible per season and to make that happen I'm battling in the Champion League of the Wild format for most of the season and with 500,000 SPS rented in Staked, with this strategy I can reach my goal each season which is to open 300 Minor Chests, 150 Major Chests and 30 Ultimate Chests.

Since my goal is to increase my Soulbounds card collection then you may be wondering why I'm not opening Rarity Draws and the answer to that is quite simple.

Rarity Draws only give the player cards and this seems to be the best option for those who want to evolve Soulbounds cards, but I prefer to choose Loot Chests because they also give cards and I also have the chance to win energy and jackpots, both of which will greatly increase my profit during the season, so in my opinion Loot Chests are the best option, but if I have Glint left over after opening the Loot Chests I want, then I will open Rarity Draws since it is not worth buying the Loot Chests when they are 50% more expensive.

I currently have accumulated 25,006 Glint and this amount will be enough for me to open 25 Major Chests.

I prefer to start with Major Chests because this way I can open a larger amount than the Ultimate Chests, so I have a better chance of getting energy and battling more often to get even more Glint.

This is the first time I'm opening Loot Chests this season and I'm already a little behind because I'm waiting for my energy to reach 50 to start renting cards and going to ranked battles.

I hope to get a good amount of energy this time or maybe a jackpot, unfortunately my results in the previous season were bad because I was very unlucky with the Loot Chests since besides not getting any jackpots, I got very little energy opening them.

It seems that my luck with jackpots continues the same and again I didn't get any, but this time I got energy so that's good news, although it was only 6 energy but if compared to the previous season I can consider myself lucky because there were days when I opened 30 Major Chests and didn't get any energy.

I was also lucky and got a legendary card but didn't get any Gold Foil cards and that's a bit bad news because I like to burn the Gold Foil cards to get some extra Glint during the season and that's why I always use alchemy potions when I open the Loot Chests and I also use legendary potions to increase my chances of getting legendary cards and evolving my collection of legendary cards in Splinterlands.
