I think prices are high to stay as well, there may be some correction but not a huge one. I agree! That is unless, of course, the whole world embraces peace, love, and understanding (good old Elvis Costello!) That will never happen, too many people are greedy and violent, most of which end up becoming national leaders. Like everyone's favorite dictator Putin. Things will just keep going up!
