Weekly progress report on media project

My weekly report for this weeks project entailed each individuals integral contributions, designations and efforts that constituted incrementally to our collective progress to the mandate assigned by Dr. Yartey. Each member of my Group team was diligent enough in regards to our project, no matter how small, was recognised as a deliberate effort to our gradual attainment:

Our endeavour towards our project goals were successful and immensely progressive In retrospect to our previous efforts where we had fought against unfortune tirelessly and the councils preoccupations which was a detriment to our progress concerning our mandate. Across this week we captured and filmed three scenes on three different days - Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. All three scenes constituted of individual members of the student council who weren’t entirely keen on filming but nonetheless cooperative.

The film concept was an introductory film capturing the councils appeal to the student community in a manner that was both inviting and inspiring. We are currently working on posting the video on both instagram and Tik tok as soon as possible.

In contrast to this our first post on the student council instagram page has seen a tremendous amount of support and engagement. The graphic design produced for the post was a joint enterprise of members of our team and the councils media subset group. We are proud to announce this collaboration and present such a well-put and innovative design.

Other posts were released on the instagram page, although they were created by the media team and not entirely our own crafted content we contributed significantly towards the concept. Most especially to the idea of what it is and what it should be which holds as much validity to our part of its ownership and creation along with those who made it themselves.

Overall our strife for progress and production, despite our delays on the councils part has proved to be worthwhile and results have grown exponentially. We continue to work amd produce as much as possible before the few closing weeks towards the coming holiday.
