One thing that is common about how people manage their finances is thinking that more money is coming. You see a lot of people believing that more money is coming and they should spend lavishly today and this can be true when you look at it because that person has a job that pays over $50,000 a year but in reality, this is not true. Money is like a current, it moves from one place to another and what you are doing today does not guarantee you money tomorrow because a lot of things can change in two years, and if you are not careful you will go back to square one

Going back to square one shouldn’t be something you should be afraid of, what should always be on your mind especially when you start making money is how you can use the money you are making to make more money. If you have a job nothing guarantees that you will still be there in the next three months and even if it’s your business, there’s nothing guaranteed that you will be in business in five years. Find a way to protect your money, use your money to make more money and never be too comfortable spending a lot of money in one go.

The splurge

When it comes to making money, the same mistake most people make is spending according to what they earn. Let's say they’re making 50K before in a year and now they’re not making 200K they instantly increase the way they spend. Moving from a small apartment to a bigger apartment, moving from buying clothes without a name to buying designer, they upgrade their life first before upgrading their business, They upgrade their looks, they spend more without thinking about their finance.

This sad reality is that during the time you’re making so much money might be the only time you will make that kind of money in your life and I might be the pic of your career, but because you don’t save and also because you believe that you will receive another one tomorrowin furious time when you look back that I know PD most terrible decision you made if you also be the thing that we have most important in your life

Think about your finances because your life depends on it

I don’t know why people look at finance so little, they look at finance like something small but the reality is one of those things that we should take seriously, and one of those things that we should consider first before considering impressing people before considering how we want to look, how we want to smell. This doesn’t mean that you should deprive yourself, it just means that we should make better use of the money we are making now instead of regretting later. What most people normally do is they regret later but not everybody has the chance to get another opportunity.
