In the deep end of internet music culture and niche artist, is a hotbed for some of the most abrasive subgenres that the underground SoundCloud music scene has to offer. Below are a few genres that progressively represent the depths of this underlying SoundCloud movements.
Extreme punk Extreme punk/xprap/ hardcore punk rap is a subgenre of punk rap ( also known as "toilet" and "prap" ) which was pioneered and popularised by artist Nascar Aloe. The first xprap song is known as the song "DIE!" By Nascar Aloe. The song had extremely distorded bass that sidechained and consumed the whole track everytime it came on. It had more disrespectful lyrics then usual aswell as a more repetitive riff. DIE! Gorefilth Gorefilth is like the grindcore of rap music, it invites the extremely raw and aggressive vocals of trap metal into a very aggressive and dustorded beat usually without melody and uses very extreme and offensive lyrics and cover art in the songs. Even though the sound had been around for a few months, the artist collective "gorefilthfetish" established it as a real genre and left an irreversible stain in the punk rap community. The layout of the average gorefilth song is an offensive intro such as a real life suicide video and then cuts into a speaker blowing bass with tinnitus inducing vocals, usually too distorded to understand the lyrics. PCPHUB So now we are getting into the really deep, extreme and unknown parts of punk rap. Pcphub is a subgenre of gorefilth thats also takes influence from raw black metal and techno music. This creates anxiety inducing melodies that are specifically designed to activate the listeners fight or flight response. It is more melodic then gorefilth and with the element of a melody creates more variety then a normal gorefilth song, is heavier, uses more established buildups, is overall heavier and slower and focuses more on artistic expression instead of trying to piss off as many people as possible.
