Challenges

It is funny how social media make it look as if everybody is better than us. This is because people don’t post their problems. People only post where they’re doing better online, people don’t post their failures. Most marriages you see online that make you regret that you got married to your spouse are not perfect. if you can see what is going on behind closed doors, you will realize that nothing is perfect, and mind you your marriage might even be better. Immediately you start comparing your life to what is made to look perfect online will destroy your joy in the process.

Somebody is doing better than you doesn’t mean that they don’t have what you are going through. You see people with cars, houses, good life, but they are also facing one or two. One thing I’ve come to realize is everybody has a problem. Most people don’t share their problems. You will not even hear it from them but don’t ever feel as if you are the only one facing a problem. Everybody has a problem just that there is a level to things, but everybody has something that they don’t want to talk about. We all have a problem that we are facing.

Levels

Another thing I’ve come to realize is that your background doesn’t have anything to do with the kind of challenges you are going to face. There will be a certain point in our life where we will face challenges and this has nothing to do with Luck because we might do everything right and still face crazy challenges. Another thing people must understand is that being young doesn’t mean that you will face fewer challenges. we have some people that are very young and are facing greater challenges than those that are older. It is just how life is and at a point in our life, we will face it.

I know there is a level to everything, but what you are calling challenges might be nothing to another person and this is not because it is not hard, It is because they have passed that phase already.  We are going to face different challenges at different phases. We just have to find a way to keep going because no matter how big your challenge is, it shall pass. You will get through it. Another phase will also come with different challenges but one thing I want us to remember is that everybody has a problem they are going through.

Money will not make it go away

Whether you are rich or poor, we all have different challenges, but one mistake I realize that people make is that they believe money will make all the challenges go away, in reality, money will make you feel secure, money can never take all your challenges away because, at a different point in life, you’ll be faced with unique challenges that even with your money, you might still be helpless. There is a level to this, when you are poor the main reason why you think money will solve your problem is because money is the major problem you have. The money will not solve all your problems because even the rich have problems.

One thing we must do is that regardless of our problems, we must enjoy the process. You must never let our challenges determine your happiness. If challenges determine our happiness only means that we will never be happy because when we solve one challenge, another one will show up. The only thing we can do for ourselves is to always make a safe and happy regardless of our challenges because life is short.
