Showing the Uses of the Magnor Card in Battles

When it comes to dealing damage, there is a powerful monster in the Fire deck that is one of my favorites in Splinterlands. This monster is Magnor and in this post I will talk about how this card will be useful in battles.

As I mentioned before, Magnor belongs to the Fire deck, its attack is melee and it has 4 abilities in total.

The abilities that Magnor has are Taunt, Enrage, Trample and Return Fire.

Taunt - With this ability, Magnor will be the main target of my opponent's attacks, the only exception is that it doesn't work against monsters that have the Scattershot ability because they attack randomly.

Enrage - With this ability, Magnor will increase his melee attack and speed by 50% while he is not at maximum health.

If Magnor already has a powerful attack, imagine when he has the ability Enrage activated and he can become even more powerful depending on the summoner the player uses and buffs from allied monsters.

Trample - With this ability, Magnor will attack a second time after defeating a monster with his attack, his attack will be directed to the enemy monster that is positioned in the next position.

Return Fire - With this ability, Magnor will deal 50% of the ranged damage received back to the monster that attacked him with a ranged attack.

These abilities are incredible, just like Magnor, and they combine perfectly with him.

Why is Magnor a great monster for dealing damage?

I don't think I need to explain this, but if we just consider his base attack, we can already conclude that his attack is incredibly strong even though he's a monster that costs 10 mana. But if we add the ability Enrage, his attack becomes 9, and that's if he doesn't receive any buffs in battle, because with buffs he would be even stronger.

Why is Magnor a great monster to defend?

The answer to this question is also simple. Magnor has a large amount of life, so he won't be easily defeated. In addition, his speed will increase when the ability Enrage is activated. The more speed he has, the more chances he will have to dodge attacks.

Evading attacks is also a way to defend himself, and with speed buffs, Magnor will be even more incredible.

In addition, Magnor has the ability Return Fire, which is very useful against monsters with ranged attacks.

Magnor's only flaw is having a high mana cost, but for a monster like him this value is more than fair since if his mana cost were low, he would be a very unbalanced card.

Magnor used to be the king of battles in the fire deck and even though there are now other great options in this deck, Magnor is still an incredible card to have in battle.
