Splinterlands - Social Media Challenge - Death Splinter Battle To Take On Arkemis The Bear and Other Monsters

Alright, I am sure all are in party mood as we are hours away from a weekend and Saturday is fast approaching!!!

No weekend will be complete for me without writing about Splinterlands, either on Community Engagement Challenge or Social Media Challenge.

I am really tired this week with my office work getting extended to meet few deadlines and that makes me feel that I am quite OK to write about my favorite blockchain game than any other general topic.

So, here I go with my Second blog for the week on Social Media Challenge and this time, I am going to my favorite Splinter off late, yes, the Death splinter and would you believe the Arkemis The Bear used by my opponent was taken out before he could land his First blow!!!!

Let me share the details as below:

Battle and Lineup:

A 44 MANA cost battle that had all the spices with rule sets such as thorns, even stevens and up to eleven were the rule sets for this battle and 44 MANA cost was enough to pack my usual lineup barring the Arachne Weaver and here I go with details of the lineup.

Lineup:

1. Cursed Windeku:

Cursed Windeku is fast becoming a favorite for me for it being with thorns, healing tank and can slow down ,monsters on other side.

I normally use Skok Duskblight and that means, this guy will most probably be brought back even after it is removed.

2. Shadow Snitch:

As the Arachne Weaver wasn't available for this battle, I chose this reach ability monster which has affliction ability and can be a tough customer to hit by melee and ranged attack monsters as it is with dodge ability too.

3. Riftwing:

Riftwing in combination with Skok Duskblight and then Will-O-Wisp is the combination which is rocking for me and I owe the success for these 3 monsters combination a lot.

4. Skok Duskblight:

As I said above, this is used as a sandwich between Riftwing and Will-O-Wisp because of it's weapons training ability and it has 3 magic attack and induces the same to adjacent non attacking monsters.

And what's more!! he can bring back a monster to life after it dies with resurrect ability.

5. Will-O-Wisp:

Will-O-Wisp is non attacking, but can attack thru Skok Duskblight's help and is with abilities of silence, weaken and is a flying monster too.

This monster and *Riftwing help in checking magic and ranged attack monsters as Riftwing is with headwind ability to reduce the ranged attack.

6. Usut:

Last one in my lineup is the bloodlust monster of Usut which is a healing monster, flying, can oppress (double attack on non attacking monster) and is always there to attack with it's huge health never letting it down much.

Wow, I never thought this lineup would be able to take down the monsters used by my opponent and that too for the loss of just 2 monsters!!!

That was unbelievable and I truly enjoyed this battle.

I normally use the corrupted healing monster of Arachne Weaver and that makes my lineup more balanced as it can heal the monsters in a corrupted way. But this battle without that monster, was still gave a comfortable win for me and taking down Archemis The Bear before it could attack is the highlight of this battle!!!

So, what are the plans for the weekend, I am still awake by 3 AM here in India as my days was busy and I didn't get much time during my day and had to sit and complete my personal tasks and this is a satisfying end to my day to day by writing this blog on Splinterlands and I am sure, you will enjoy reading this!!!!

Saturday and Sunday are normally my most productive days, be is blogging, tweeting and investing in Crypto and all, I am about to get my 4M impressions soon on X and I am targeting 5M impressions by mid of March, but I may achieve that sooner than that with the way the impressions are being achieved by me these days!!!

Replying and engaging with users who have a high probability of getting millions of impressions is being the key for me and I will continue to do that to get some more impressions and achieve my goal of 5M impressions soon.

I will be back with Saturday Savers club related blog tomorrow to asses my savings and investments as those are key part of my Crypto journey!!!
