dCity - Updates For The Week - Week 6

It's been a busy week since I last time posted on dCity updates and haven't been able to play the game in more than 10 days now!!! My city has been full of pandemics, fire and chances of riots as well!!!
Has to work towards reducing these but I am not particularly in favor of short term ones like buying some card for a week's period and all.
Having said, that, the cards which are permanent solutions to this like Large Garbage Trucks and other items are not for sale and that means, I will have to continue to work with these pandemics and other things as of now.
I am not sure how others are coping with this as these pandemics and crisis are reducing my SIM earning capacity and I hope someone thro some light on this.

As for my city's picture, as shown in above screenshot, I have been earning 37 SIM per day, but 7 are getting removed from that as there is something which I don't get it, but the workers-wise and building-wise, I just need to buy 2 workers to activate the inactive barber shop which I have since last few days, but not yet been put to work.
Will plan to play the game over this weekend and plan to expand it further.
Most of the things are green and that means I am not doing that bad, but I need to improve and expand the city by buying some of those not used as of now.
Right now, the Hive-Engine seems to be behind in terms of transactions processing as the Hive Blockchain itself is behind, so, my SIM purchase and Hive transfer transactions are stuck and unable to purchase SIM as I plan to buy a graveyard, which can be of help hopefully to reduce the tax?
Let's see and I will, as I said, will play the game over weekend and any SIM I get today will be helpful to purchase some new cards and expand my city.

The dashboard shows that, I am having -7 SIM income and population and popularity are good but the pandemics and other crisis are an issue as tax is being collected based on that I think and SIM income is also getting reduced

Ranking-wise, I am still below 300 in SIM earning ranking with 269th being my rank based on the 37 SIM I am earning on daily basis and I think it gets harder from here on to earn more SIM and improve my rankings as there are many stalwarts above me and competing with them is not an easy task.
My rankings for popularity, education and creativity are less than 20 and that's nice considering I am not that big account and also not been paying much attention to those stats.
But, these rankings will help me in understanding where I am lagging and weekend is the best time for me to spend more time on this and get things bit more straight and try to improve my overall city.
I take this opportunity to wish you all a great Friday and a great weekend ahead!!! It's been really a hectic week and I will plan to relax by playing dCity, some Splinterlands battles and also explore the MoonKarts which I started playing off late!!!
