10.000 HP.

10,174.596 to be precise, at least at the time of writing.

It has taken more than two years, starting from that August 3, 2022 when I took the decision to commit myself with passion and dedication to Hive, beginning to interact more with other users and publishing more interesting and relevant content.

The results were positive right from the start, mainly thanks to the fact that I joined the EDSF Guild, which at that time allowed me to start getting to know some members of the Italian Community, first and foremost - as I think for many other Italian users - @libertycrypto27, to whom I can't help but offer a big thank you every time I talk about my journey on Hive, because ever since he has never stopped supporting me, both through his upvotes and his advice and suggestions: it seems like yesterday that he was telling me that if I kept working hard, sooner or later I would have found myself looking at how far I had gone.

And how far!

I'm going to say it one more time: 10,000 HP!

When I joined Hive this was the goal I was aiming for and which I saw as really far away, at the very edge, perhaps, of my capabilities.

If I had been told that I would get there in just over two years, I honestly would not have believed it.

Yet, thanks to the support of so many people, here I am, with over 10,000 HP in my wallet.

Today, all these HP are worth over $2000, most of which comes from my blogging activity on Hive.

Someone unrelated to Hive might think that I have a lot of followers or that my writing skills are above average... and they would be very wrong.

My followers are very few and I mainly write about what I do on different Hive Games: I put effort and perseverance into it, but my posts are not exceptional, they are absolutely ordinary.

Yet in just over 2 years, with the value of Hive so low, my commitment has paid off, day after day, until I've made it this far.

It is not the first - and will not be the last - time that I ask myself this question: how is it possible that so many people do not grasp the possibilities of a platform like Hive?

If you who are reading this are not registered on Hive, what is stopping you from doing it and start earning from your social activity?

Why are there hundreds of thousands of people willing to waste their time with faucets, surveys and social networks that don't even pay a penny, when I alone - a very ordinary person with no special talents - am a living proof that dedicating some of my time to Hive pays?

HP, but not only that

And the best thing is that HP and HIVE that I have in my account do not represent everything I have earned in these two years on Hive.

Nope, $2000 is only part of what I have earned.

On Hive-Engine, Hive's layer 2, I in fact have another $300 worth of tokens.

Over?

Not even close!

Being active on Hive motivates me to play and invest in @splinterlands - since I participate in his weekly challenges.

Moral of the story?

Another $275 in cards and tokens.

And I could go on: I have several cards on @riseofthepixels, an account that produces resources and rewards on @golem.overlord, over 300 NFT cards on @risingstarthegame, some wrestlers and a Town on @wrestorgonline, several mutees on @muterra, about ten dollars in the ATX-SWAP.HIVE liquidity pool to support @forykw's token, several NFT of Gimmi the Poo created by @nftfrappe... and I'm probably forgetting a few more!

All this I achieved thanks to Hive: sure, commitment, other people, luck, everything played a role, but none of this would have been possible without Hive.

And, as far as I am concerned, this is still only the beginning of my journey.

Two years ago, 10,000 HP seemed like a lot.

Today, what feels like an almost impossible goal?

Certainly not 10,000 HP any more - lol - but where could I be in another two years if I keep pushing myself?

I honestly have no idea, and I don't think it even matters at this point.

Hive works, I have first-hand proof of that, and that seems more than enough for me to keep going.

In another two years we'll find out if I did well or if those who kept ignoring Hive did better, but for now I think it's 1-0 in my favour - *but if anyone has managed to earn over $1,300 in a year by spending about 1 hour of their free time a day, without having to study anything, or spending a single penny, let me know in the comments!

10.174,596 per l'esattezza, almeno nel momento in cui scrivo.

Ci sono voluti più di due anni, a partire dal quel 3 agosto 2022 in cui presi la decisione di dedicarmi con impegno e passione ad Hive, iniziando ad interagire maggiormente con gli altri utenti ed a pubblicare contenuti più interessanti ed attinenti ad Hive.

I risultati furono positivi sin da subito, soprattutto grazie al mio ingresso nella Gilda EDSF, che all'epoca mi consentì di cominciare a conoscere alcuni membri della Community Italiana, primo tra tutti - come penso per tantissimi altri utenti italiani - @libertycrypto27, a cui non posso fare a meno di dedicare ogni volta che parlo del mio percorso su Hive un ringraziamento speciale, perchè da allora non ha mai smesso di supportarmi, sia tramite i suoi upvotes che i suoi consigli e suggerimenti: mi sembra ieri che mi diceva che continuando ad impegnarmi prima o poi mi sarei ritrovato a guardare la strada fatta e meravigliarmi di quanto fossi arrivato lontano.

E quanto lontano!

Lo riscrivo un'altra volta: 10.000 HP!

Quando mi sono iscritto su Hive questo è il traguardo a cui ambivo e che vedevo come davvero lontano, al limite, forse, della mia portata.

Se mi avessero detto che in poco più di due anni ci sarei arrivato, onestamente non ci avrei creduto.

Eppure, grazie al supporto di davvero tante persone, eccomi qua, con oltre 10.000 HP nel mio wallet.

Oggi tutti questi HP valgono più di 2000 dollari, che in massima parte derivano dalla mia attività di blogging su Hive.

Qualcuno estraneo ad Hive potrebbe pensare che ho chissà quanti followers o che le mie doti di scrittore sono sopra la media... e si sbaglierebbe di grosso.

I miei followers sono pochissimi e principalmente scrivo di quello che faccio su vari Hive Games: ci metto impegno e costanza, ma i miei posts non sono eccezionali, sono assolutamente normali.

Eppure in poco più di 2 anni, con il valore di Hive ai minimi storici, il mio impegno è stato ripagato, giorno dopo giorno, sino ad arrivare sin qui.

Non è la prima - e non sarà l'ultima - volta che mi pongo questa domanda: come è possibile che in così tanti non colgano le potenzialità di una piattaforma come Hive?

Se tu che leggi non sei registrato su Hive, cosa ti trattiene dal farlo e cominciare a guadagnare dalla tua attività social?

Perchè ci sono centinaia di migliaia di persone disposte a perdere tempo con faucet, surveys e social networks che non pagano nemmeno un centesimo, quando già solo io - persona normalissima e priva di talenti particolari - sono la prova vivente che dedicare un po' del proprio tempo ad Hive paga?

HP, ma non solo

Ed il bello è che gli HP ed HIVE che ho sul mio account non rappresentano tutto ciò che ho guadagnato in questi due anni su Hive.

No, 2000 dollari sono solo una parte di ciò che ho ottenuto.

Su Hive-Engine, il layer 2 di Hive, ho infatti altri 300 dollari di token.

Finita qui?

Neanche per idea!

Essere attivo su Hive mi sprona a giocare ed investire su @splinterlands - dato che partecipo alle sue challenges settimanali

Morale della storia?

Altri 275 dollari tra carte e token vari.

E potrei andare ancora avanti: ho varie carte su @riseofthepixels, un account che produce risorse e ricompense su @golem.overlord, oltre 300 carte NFT su @risingstarthegame, alcuni wrestlers e una Città su @wrestorgonline, parecchi mutee su @muterra, una decina di dollari nella liquidity pool ATX-SWAP.HIVE per supportare il token di @forykw, svariati NFT di Gimmi the Poo creati da @nftfrappe... e probabilmente mi sto dimenticando ancora qualcos'altro!

Tutto ciò l'ho ottenuto grazie ad Hive: certo, l'impegno, le persone, la fortuna, tutto ha giocato un ruolo, ma nulla di tutto questo sarebbe stato possibile senza Hive.

E, per quanto mi riguarda, questo è ancora solo l'inizio del mio viaggio.

2 anni fa 10.000 HP mi sembravano tanti, tantissimi.

Oggi quale mi sembra un traguardo quasi irraggiungibile?

Sicuramente non più i 10.000 HP - lol - ma dove potrei essere arrivato continuando ad impegnarmi tra altri due anni?

Onestamente non ne ho idea e, a questo punto, non credo che sia nemmeno importante.

Hive funziona, ne ho la prova in prima persona, e questo mi sembra più che abbastanza per andare avanti.

Fra altri due anni scopriremo se avrò fatto bene o se avranno ottenuto risultati migliori coloro che hanno continuato ad ignorare Hive: per ora, però, penso che siamo 1 a 0 per me - ma se qualcuno è riuscito a guadagnare oltre 1.300 dollari in un anno impiegando circa 1 ora del proprio tempo libero al giorno, senza aver dovuto studiare nulla, nè aver dovuto spendere un solo centesimo me lo faccia sapere nei commenti!
