Colors of Life - Attending a Community Event

Hello everyone , this post is an entry for the colors of life contest .
Today I will be sharing an event that we attended last night , a perfect match for our current theme the color red.

Every year here in our municipality they we celebrate the founding anniversary in the month of December , but activities start on September. and one of them is the Search for Mr. and Ms. Tuba. For the past years did not attend this event but this year we attended. The main reason is that my nephew is one of the participants. HE may represent a different barangay but were still here to support him.

The stage was full of red colors , and the music is so loud. THe crowd was wild specially when contestants pose, it's really fun since it's been a long time since I attended this kind of event.

One of the highlights of the event is the ethnic wear, the contestant wore our ethnic wear in a different ways. Here in Benguet men wear Koval and ladies wear
Divit.

It's so refreshing to see our ethnic wear being wore proudly by younger generations. And hoping that this will be the same even in the far future. May they preserve our cultures and identity.
