I am writing this with excitement after going through a very stressful semester. This semester was supposed to be a cool one for me and my course-mates because we did only 5 courses, but our lecturers said 'hell no' by bombarding us with assignments and presentations.
This was one of the most stressful semesters I have experienced in my university life because I began the semester with the intention to accomplish so many tasks aside from the day-to-day class work.
My social life was very poor this semester, and most of my friends were bothered if I was actually on campus. I wanted to spend some time with some of my Hive friends, but it didn't work out.
During the beginning of the semester, I was appointed by my department as one of the core members of the department's Hackaton committee. The Hackerton committee aims to guide fellow students in attaining practical knowledge as IT students so that they can appreciate being IT students.
We members of the committee had to dedicate a chunk of our time to organizing programs and training sessions for students in our department. Even though we didn't find it easy as an infant department, we were able to deliver as a committee.
Notably among our programs was the INFOTEES ladies weekend practical session. This program was in collaboration with the INFOTEES ladies commissioner, it has helped most of the ladies gain some practical knowledge during the course of the semester, and I am very glad for that. We also organized a seminar for career guidance by inviting some of our lecturers, and they diligently made it an interesting and memorable program.
Another thing that kept me busy this semester was getting a gig from my first client for a website. I spent a lot of energy on the project, and I was able to complete it in a month's time. But the annoying thing is that I am still having monetary issues with the client.
As a final-year student, project work was one of my biggest headaches during the semester. I was lucky to have been assigned to a serious supervisor who has dedicated his time to supervising our work. I was lucky that my project proposal was accepted, and I was able to complete the first chapter before exams. Now I was given the go-ahead to submit Chapter 2. I hope the laziness in me will not show up in this project because I want to graduate this year.
I am very grateful to God for making this semester a success, and I will be preparing for the final semester to come so that we can go and finalize everything. For now, it's all about Hive-ing, coding, movies, and some time with family and friends. Thank you for your time on my blog. I wish you all the best in your endeavors.

How come we have never come across each other even though we sit for the same lectures.
Or we have?π€
We did, long ago before following each other on Hive. I don't think we've met this semester after connecting here, because I'll definitely draw your attention if I come across you.
We did?
Oh yeahh this guy is a ghost. Lol look me a looong tile to meet him on campus myself after we connected here. And ever since, I think weβve only met once (if my memory serves right) on campus.
Hahaπ. One of my lecturers said I have chameleon traits. Because he'll identity me today but the next day, I'll look strange to him. So @smariam I know I should be the one to draw your attention if I come across you cos I doubt if you can also identify me.

Oh then I canβt even complain ππ
I thought he was everywhere and I donβt even know him
I hear you! But hey, you had a successful semester, and that is what counts. A bit of stress, we hopefully survive it hahaha. Enojy hive-ing, coding, movies and friends and then success for the final semester!
It's true, the most important thing is the semester being a successful one and I'm very grateful for that. Thank you mipianoπ

Final year is the last lab but stresses us more than anything. It came to a time I did didnβt just what to continue schooling. The stress and everything was just killing me. I had to survive to tell my story.
Keep pushing. We will
Congratulations πππΎ you soon. Thanks for sharing
Insha Allah can't wait for that day!
Wow, being a final year student is no child's play. Congratulations on your being able to fulfill your many task. It's not easy at all. I'm just in 200lvl and I've seen a lot of shege in the hands of these lecturers. From one assignment to the other to presentations up and down. I just wrote my last papers for this semester few hours ago and I'm so excited to be back to my steady sleeping again π.
I hope you murdered the papers. In fact this is the time to give the brain some rest after experiencing burnout upon burnout. I hope you know that more shege are yet to come π. But the good news is that, all these shall come to pass. Thanks passing by buddy
You don't even have to advise me, I know what to doπππ
Ah! Please don't remind meππ
My everyday conviction indeed!π
