Another weekend arrives and we want to put together a musical line-up. There are always doubts about the countless options available. Does that happen to you too? As I'm at a more nostalgic moment, but at the same time irreverent, I've tended to look for songs that are tributes to someone.
I like strong personalities with balls. I like those who fight for an ideal, even if the consequence is suffering imposed by the “justice” of men.
Being discriminated against because of your race or ethnicity is inhuman. However, inhumanity has taken over today. I don't want to get into political platitudes, I'm a libertarian. [Wise libertarians don't bring political issues into web3.0. They act outside the blockchain👊]. I do praise courageous people who are not afraid to face anything in order to free the chains that bind many people's brains.
Unfortunately, the present is showing us that humanity has learned nothing from the past. There were people who gave their lives for values. Perhaps we should never forget Biko´s nobility. Because such men are no longer made. Steve Biko was a South African anti-apartheid activist who was assassinated in 1977.
I'm sharing four versions of Biko's music. Four artists/bands that need no introduction.
🤘 This is the version I'm most excited about. Perhaps because of the musical atmosphere and the aggressive vocals.
😔 The version that moves me the most. A man who is a man dries his own tears. Never forget Steve Biko.
After @CryptoCompany [Banner for Boost] and Lovesniped, it's time to highlight the Hive onboarding app initiative: called Check in With by @checkinwith.xyz.
The aim is to bring new users into the HIVE ecosystem. The big advantage, the new users are supported by several influential stakeholders. It's half a success!

A good musical selection to remember this fighter against apartheid, murdered by that regime. The most relevant is, of course, that of Peter Gabriel. Greetings, @cryptoreforma.
Thanks a lot, friends 🤝
Great songs, very incredible and wonderful songs, represent well and what it is to the art and depth of the message and its legacies in music.
