Halving? Tenthing? Pairing With PEPE From ETH?

Thoughts on goals of a tribe meme coin in search of growing value.

Current thought is to reduce rewards. They could be cut in half. What if they are cut in a tenth? Drastic maybe? Think one of the problems with continuous rewards is that they are too much. Although good to have early to reward early holders, new comers, attract people with MOAR coins, and all. So we've done that. For maybe a little over a year and a half even.

Now time to think about a halving. Like that of Bitcoin. But maybe a bigger cut. Cutting rewards down to maybe even a tenth. This would reduce rewards. Reduce selling pressure. Various methods and strategies have been put in place and tested from time to time. Then as of lately just letting the free market be just that of free. This resulted in the sell side of the token price reaching down towards the 1000 mark (0.00001000 $HIVE) right around where we started. While the Ask, or sell side, still remained over 2000 (0.00002 $HIVE).

Next thought is pairing with the PEPE meme coin from Ethereum. This has been brought up in the community numerous times. But what about the mixture of these two things coming together? That of a tribe coin with rewards and being paired with a meme coin, to be that of a meme coin. This way with an external influence. Seems the reward "pressure" should be relieved, or at least adjusted. Such to allow a better balance of these different forces.

Users could then trade PEPE on Hive with PEPE from Ethereum. This comes at a cost as well. Treasury is not that big. Maybe we could do a donation drive to cover this cost. While also surveying interest in such a pool of PEPE and SWAP.PEPE. Numerous things to think about and to do along this course of action and wonderment.

Also the idea of pairing with $HIVE. Yes to this too as well. Once the price reached and holds at a higher level. Minimum to be listed on the Hive markets of $$0.00001. PEPE is just below this. Also interesting to note $PEPECASH has achieved this and sits at $0.00023 with a Market Cap of $5,119. Although volumes are low and slow.

Mainly we're here to be fun and entertaining. However we'd like to grow in value as well. Although without "promises", but with "efforts" that may be put forth by anyone in the, or whatever quest one may so choose.

Maybe a teething in the near future in a pivot to change the level of tribe-ness and meme-ness in such coin matters (of it all).
