The pottery shards are in the sand. There used to be pottery kilns on Kirkcaldy years ago, and alot of it has washed down to the shore and got broken up. Likewise from the dumps you have glass bottles and also some from passing boats. As each tide moves things get buried and uncovered again.
Ah yes I remember your no go with sportscars or cramped cars lol.
Raspberries are my favourite fruit by a mile. And the only sauce I would allow on my 99 ice cream cone is raspberry sauce lol!

Nice call on the raspberry sauce! Here in the US you have to be careful about collecting anything in the water because it belongs to the government. If it's on the sand it's fair game, as long as it's not a protected archeological site which is common where remains of old Native American pottery are found.
