Telling a new eperience

Yesterday I made a new experience, I decided to hire a colleague of mine for a one day activity called Dreamboard.

We were about 10 people grouped to live the same shared moment, where each one of us would connect to his inner self. To allow his unconscious to speak, or at least to pass messages.

For that we needed first to create a synergy within the group, which was done with some exercices, those were meant to raise our energy level, or at least to equalise the group energy level. And also, by doing this, to know the other people a little better to feel more confortable together. It's important to drop barriers and to be able to let go.

We were then asked to cut images and words from various magazines, without thinking about what we did, and the host did other exercices while we did this to be sure our consciousness was busy doing something else : listening to music, passing blind test, singing, or telling anecdotes. The aim of those disturbances was to free the unconscious to express himself in the images and text choices.

When everyone finished his dreamboard we received instructions about working on it, we even created an "egregor" for them. If you want to see my dreamboard, you can see it on @itharagaian's blog I published it yesterday.

I do not understand the whole message from my own dreamboard, yet, it sometimes needs more time to reveal itself... But I felt drained at the end of the day , yes the workshop took more than 6 hours.

I often have a question to the community when I post on @independance... this time is no exception.

Have you ever participated in "visualisation" workshops (like the "secret" one for example, or any other similar experience), and what did it bring to you ?

I appreciated the experience, and I will probably duplicate it. I could even propose it to my own customers as I think it might help people in various occasions. As long as people do it while being honest to themselves and truly let things go as they have to.
