Monomad Challenge : Killing Time Along Lake Michigan

My entry for the #monomad challenge.

You know those moments too, I imagine. You are stuck with the inlaws, and everyone is losing patience. No one seems to get along in the moment, food is cooking, and everyone is losing their heads in frustration. Time to throw on the winter hats and get the Hattie monster down to the lake!

There is nothing better than walking along the Great Lakes. One doesn't need a playground or toys...just the waves, the smells, the wind, the sea glass, and the beautiful world around you. It's one of our favorite dad/Hattie adventures to complete when visiting Chicagoland during the holidays.

Who needs family drama when you have the Great Lakes? We certainly don't!
