When I woke up last Thursday and I opened the curtains, I saw a whole white world. I always get excited by that. Unfortunately I had to work. By the time I could go out for a walk during my lunch break, most of the snow already had disappeared.
But in some places there was a little bit of snow left. Just enough to shoot some photos.

Some ducks in the cold water, photographed from a bridge.

The top of this tree stump seems to be colder than the deck of leaves around it because it was still covered with snow.

Some other leaves were covered in snow too.

The bridge was a bit slipery today.

But I wore my walking shoes which have a good profile for extra grip 💪🏻
