When Curiosity Led Us to Korean Noodles

Let's going to make another blog about the things that I did in the past few days, well this time, we went to one of the Korean food store that was near the company.

It was actually opposite on the next road for the company that I went to and we went here just this week because we want to try Korean food.

Well, I think half of us (colleagues that went to the Korean store) went and try the Korean food for the first time. We were six that went to the Korean Store and we went there after we got out from the company.

Those who went to this Korean food store for the first time were very curious about the Korean foods. Well, this was also my first time eating in this food store but not the first time eating Korean foods because I have tried this in my hometown.

In the store, there were a couple of noodles that have been displayed in the store, like ramen, Samyang, and etc. Which was related to Korean foods.

They also have a heater like on where you can cook the food (Korean noodles) in the store but expected that the price will be much higher than buying only the noodles.

We were busy picking up on what kind of Korean noodles that we will get for each one of us. There were two of our colleagues went to buy the Ramen (A ramen is noodles where there's soup on it) while the others went to pick the Samyang (Samyang is dried noodles and we will put sauce on it).

We picked different flavors of ramen and Samyang and there were only two that have the same type of Samyang. While the others like hot and spicy flavor of their Ramen or Samyang but most of us chose the spicy flavor of it.

After picking the noodles, like ramen or Samyang, that we want. We went to the cooking station on where we cook the noodles. So, yeah, we lined up to the heater or cooker to cook the noodles since there were only two heaters that were available in the store.

We were shaking and mixing the noodles until they are soft and tender and thankfully, one of the heater there's a timer where you can get a timing on when you can get the noodles from heating or cooking.

Also, for the first timers that tried Korean foods were very curious on what to do next and we guide then on the process and steps.

So, in the end, I was the last one to get my noodles done and cook while the others were eating while we were cooking for it, maybe they were excited to try the Korean noodles for their first time.
