From Streets to Snacks: Our Family Walk

Last week was a long holiday weekend that we had in our company and I went home because that's where my family lived and it was another long weekend with another bonding that we had to my family at that time.

Although, not every day that we went outside for more bonding but having more quality time is best from within our house itself so that we can talk more and have more naughty and funny moments in the house.

Last Saturday, we went to different places and walk to different corners around the old town that I lived in which is in Aurora. While walking to the town, there are many street food store that are opened at that time but on Friday, there were only a few stores that opened and only a few food stores that are selling but on Saturday, opening of stores were resumed and that's the time that we went out together with my little family.

While walking or strolling around the town, we saw this one of the street food that are selling beside to one of the streets here and this is the corn food stall.

Seeing the food, it was one the newest food store that we saw together with my family because last time, when we went here, there's no corn or food store that were selling.

They were selling at the back of their car and they put their food items at the back of it, too. They only sell bits of corn and not the whole corn and we were curious on how does it taste for the corn that they were selling.

I told my wife if she likes to eat it and she said that she likes eating those bits of corns. We asked for the price of the corn that the man was selling and he said that a cup is worth 35php and if we will buy three cups it is only 100php. We will have a discount of 5php if we will buy three cups.

I would usually buy a discounted price of a food but at that time, I didn't bought three because we were only two and I think that one cup was good for two for taste test for ourselves.

We only ordered one cup and the cup that they were using was the coffee cup, which is small thinking that the price is more expensive, so after we ordered one cup, the seller prepare for our order.

He get the cup and put some bits of corn into this cup and after he put the bits of corn, he then put some powdered cheese and lastly, he put the condensed milk on top of it.

Basically, it was a combination of three ingredients, the corn, powdered cheese, and the condensed milk. We bought that we took photos of my wife and my daughter after buying this corn street food store.

We were walking as we ate the corn and my wife didn't like it because she said that although the three combinations were good and tasty but the corn itself is not sweet and it's different on the sweet corn that she ate before.
